Neq location on Bald hill road next to Ulta. Good selection of items. Cards,gifts, & face masks.
Was very excited to check out this new store! So very disappointed that they had hardly anything in my size medium. There were a few items that I wanted but no mediums. Stock up!! Then at least 3 people working and chatting on the floor with only one cashier. Walked out empty handed.
Had to do a return from Christmas. It was quick and easy. They have some really nice items
There is something for everyone here. They, of course, have Hallmark cards. But there is so much more- from jewelry, to complete Vera Bradley line to home team clothing. I found a great Life is Good t-shirt, a beautiful summer head wrap, and a 2020 planner. Kids crafts, Stonewall jelly and jams. Worth a look so much to see!!
Tons of great gift ideas all year round. If you join the mailing list you get real good coupons in the mail. The staff here can help you with any of your card or gift needs.
Very Disappointing. Purchased a gift for my mother for Christmas. Unfortunately, she fell and broke her hip. After months of being in hospital, rehab and also a stay at my house she is finally back home. She asked me to return present as she wont be using it. The purse is clearly unused, original tags & receipt. Not only did the refuse to issue refund, but would not issue a store credit or other solution, citing store policy. I have purchased many things from this store. I am not doubting this is their policy, in fine print, but very poor customer service not to offer other solutions , only to keep repeating the policy over and over .
The prices are pretty expensive but still has a bunch of interesting products. I usually went here to get Vera Bradley for my girlfriend or her parents. But recently just go in to see the holiday or special occasion cards. Still worth to check out.
There was a counter, greeter, and social distancing, very clean, organized, fast efficient check out and great Happy Holidays, and Thank you for shopping with us today. Perfect excellence in Customer Service
The store is stocked with cool and unique gifts that will bring joy to the heart, but misinformed teammates easily ruined the experience. Sometimes its not what you say, but how you say it. I wanted to use my Samsung pay app at cashout, the associate said "we don't take that here" so i said it works most places so may i try. "No it doesn't work, it will decline" so i tried anyways and tada like magic it worked. Instead of accepting that Samsung pay worked, the teammate quipped "well we better get paid is all I know" as she spoke to another teammate next to her. My 7yr old and I just wanted to buy a gift for his mom for xmas. The $16.99 mug is like a million dollars to my son but there was no need to make it seem like we were trying to rob the store and not pay for the mug. I will return to return the mug and get a refund , but I will not return to patronize this store in the future.
I was so excited that I found a pocketbook on clearance that matched another piece I have. I asked if I could use the mall g/c and the young girl said, "Yes'. Long story short, I was owed 7.76 back and evidently the policy of the store is only $5 cash back. I stood there IGNORED by the two women who were in charge as they literally spoke in front of me like I did not exist! NOT once did either look at me to explain the problem or say they were sorry for the delay. THE WORST customer service ever and I doubled back to tell them how I will never shop in this location again. The young girl was very sweet and I told her she could wait on someone else if she needed, but the other two...no eye contact, no smiles and I have to say they took the joy out of my purchase!
