Worker are extremely rude and racist. They follow my children everywhere they went. Store is great but their staff needs more customer service training and diversity training.
First time being in The Paper Store and just fell in love. So many different items to choose from that I couldn't decide where to start looking. I forgot what I went in for I wanted to start buying items for my kids, my friends b-day, my mom and myself. I can't wait to go back and take my time. Lovely store.
Somewhat pricy, but don’t let that stop you from checking the store out. If you are looking for something “different for yourself or a special gift for someone, you definitely need to shop here.
Workers are rude and salty. They strongly dislike younger people for no reason. They accused my poor daughter of stealing. Do not visit it’s horrible and a hot mess.
Nice shop for stationery and odds and ends. It’s a happy place filled with stuff you never knew you needed. They stock products with varying themes such as mermaid, floral, flamingo etc. Staff were so friendly and equally as excited as I was at the products. Prices are fair with cash and cards available.
Let's see... the paper store sells pure vida. I got 2 silver wave rings for my bday, that they still sell mind you, but they were too small. So I went in with them in their little felt bag and picked out several pieces of jewelry, far beyond the cost of these 2 rings. However, the 2 young women running the store wouldn't allow the return, again they still sell these rings, because these rings were purchased more than 45 days ago. Not sure what the purpose of this is, but its a rule that clearly can't bend...? So I bit off my nose to spite my face and retreated without the additional purchases. Moral of the story...remove the receipt from the bag if it's over 45 days?‍
It was clean, but I compared it to LLBean , and they didn't disinfect after each customer, asLLBean did. I always like the merchandise in this store however, since there is something for everyone. I will still shop here, but I'll take extra precautions when I come

The paper store has so many things to look at and buy for the holidays. Staff is very helpful. Can always find something.
Perfect place for gift shopping! Whether you're looking for a good, old-fashioned mug, stuffed plushie, or beautiful, one of a kind jewelry, the Paper Store has it all! The prices aren't too bad either.
