The Par Bar and Grill

It's a very relaxing atmosphere during the week. On weekends they are busy with 27 to 35 aged individuals. The employees are extremely nice, friendly, and welcoming. Food is excellent. Chicken Tenders and fried pickles can't be beat!

We go here all the time and the owners make it feel like home. Beat ribs in town. Good for a quick drink too with some interesting draft selections. The par feels like a 'pub' and we love hanging out there!

Tonight we had the steak salad and the grilled chicken salad. They were wonderful! House made dressings include ranch, blue cheese, 1000 island and honey mustard. Pick one. You won't be sorry.

Got to admit... I’ve never eaten here, so I can’t speak for the food. However, the service is great. Just a couple blocks from work so Friday’s after a rough week, we head down for a drink or two. Never been disappointed!

Bad choice most times, but one of the only bars in the town. Ive gotten food poisoning from their Guinness draft beer before, I guess the line was bad because it's not popular and not cleaned alot. They do have a good area for pool and darts, but employees can have a short temper.

Went there for dinner because of the high reviews and comments from friends and family. However, They don't serve food after 10 p.m. ... Make a note of it!! But I am looking forward to a ribeye steak and ribs soon.

If you like microwaved food, this is your place. If you like ribs that could have been prepared months ago, this is your place. I heralded this place until I saw the inside...and it is ugly. Stick to the booze, but not draughts. Those ain't clean eirher.

My favorite place to hang out in Parkersburg. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Plenty of craft porters and stouts on draft, so I'm a happy man.

One of the largest selections of micro-brews in town. Daily food specials and other events often. Great burgers and good prices.

Best mixed drinks, laid-back environment and always super friendly. Always have a good selection of unique beers although I'm not a Beer Drinker.
