Dont live here if u work nights or any weird schedule , they WILL be up at 7am doing the most noisy work they can possibly find and they WILL do it multiple times a week. This is the third time this week alone ive been woken up to lawn workers leaf blowing for hours at a time. Completely unnecessary and downright obnoxious to do this type of work so early in a apartment complex. I’ll be moving as soon as the lease is up .
I'm really sorry I moved in here. $1300 a month for 700sqf. Washers never work and I can see via reviews it's been going on for years. Kept losing money, the washer company makes it very difficult to get reimbursed. We now have to go out to a laundromat. Ran late this month for the first time because hurricane caused me to lose 4 days without pay. Zero compassion from the company and getting hit for $75. They could have been decent and waved it under these circumstances. The only positive note is I like Donna the office manager. She has been kind but seems to have zero power. Ill be finding a better place after the lease is up. I would not recommend moving here.
Want to charge $1600 a month for a 2 bedroom apt however are to cheap to replace the washers and dryers. It's been over a year of them being broken, I'm not kidding when I say I have lost hundreds and hundreds of dollars just doing laundry. This week alone...$12 wasted and had to spend another $6 to start the loads again that stopped mid cycle. Front desk always says they are working on it, but they are not.
I’ve been living here since August 2017 and have had only good experiences. The units are clean, free of bugs, the lawn service is regular, people are generally quiet/ drama free, and maintenance requests have been handled promptly and satisfactorily. Laundry service is good and easy to use, and there’s a pool. It’s just a few minutes from the beach, which is great, and there are many dining and retail options nearby. It’s actually at a bit higher elevation compared to the rest of Port Orange, which makes it a lower risk of storm flooding.
I have lived at the Park for 17 years and loved living here. The Manager is the best, always willing to do what ever she can for us. The maintenance guys arrive within 24 hours of any request. It is super simple to put in an on-line maintenance request, and they are here before you know it. ---The Park is just down the street from the ocean, the grocery store, the doctors and dentists, the restaurants. the bars, the hospital, urgent care and on and on. The place is super quiet, and surrounded by trees. The price is great and you have your own screened in porch. What a life and a great place to live! PS> The Manager, Donna, actually walks the community daily to see first hand what needs done. She also wants the residents to be proactive and help notice any problem areas.
I have lived here for 4 years now, and I love it. The staff here is easy to talk to and are always nice. The grounds and pool area are well taken care of and clean. I always feel safe too. My only complaint is that there is not a play area for kids that live here to play on.
Love it here! Before I moved in I got into a really bad car accident and the place I was supposed to move in to refused me 4 days prior to move in, due to me lacking a paystub for being out of work to recover even though I had already given them 8. The Park at Countryside had an apartment available and was able to get me in within 2 business days! They had everything they said would be ready the day of move in including a new lock on the door and keys ready! Everyone who lives here pretty much keeps to themselves and I never see kids or cops here. The front office staff is very friendly and helpful. They even sent me a birthday card signed by the owners! Great place, would recommend!
The staff here is great! The maintenance staff is always helpful, and quick to fix anything that needs it. The office manager is very helpful. I have lived here for 4 years and wouldn't mind living here longer. This is a great place to live!
Don't you think it's time to put a washer/dryer in the units? It's 2022. What exactly are you doing with the rent money? It's a super old apartment building.
I've been here for 3 years now very quiet.. staff is great and accommodating no issues with getting maintenance done in timely manner.
