DO NOT MOVE HERE! They charge fees for every little thing, but take their time fixing anything if you ask. From the time my AC stopped working to the time they fixed it, it took 4 MONTHS. No exaggeration. I asked them to put a lock on my mailbox months ago, to this day, they haven’t fixed it. If you put in a request through their “online system”, they don’t respond. If you call the office, they don’t answer the phone. If the office closes at 7 PM, they have the doors locked at 6:50 PM. The property looks awful and they don’t fix anything, but they raise the rent every time you resign your lease. Where is my money going, because it’s clearly not being used to spruce the place up. Though this hasn’t affected me, they’ve been “repairing” the hot water system in other buildings since before I moved in a year and a half ago. There are still people that go without hot water. Just don’t do it. Don’t move here. Don’t give them your money.
So where do I start no ac no hot water no good management maintenance might not be there one day then the next day they are too busy to get to you or don't have time at the location I Ned of going to another property or trash in the parking lot flys up by my door. Mosquitoes gather by my door all day my vents are moldy there's a water leak in my roof and only one vent to cool off my entire living area and dining area I could show u photos of everything but I'll save them for legal reasons but do no rent here it's horrible
Very disgusting place . My friend lives here and it is RAT INFESTED AND ITS LIKE THEY DONT EVEN CARE ! They need to be shut down immediately because they don’t care about human beings or their families . Maintenance is not helpful . Hot water never works and most importantly THEY HAVE RATS . Such a horrible apartment to live in
Run far away from these apartments. Don’t let the price fool you it’s not worth it. Roaches everywhere, trash all over the complex. Terrible management which they keep switching every few months. Multiple weeks and months without hot water which they still try to charge you for but got the nerve to try to charge late fees for rent. Terrible maintenance who don’t know what they’re doing. I can go on and on but you can just look at the other reviews and know what’s going on in this dump.
I moved here in November, everything seemed fine for the first week. Me and my bf started seeing roaches here and there and in the time span of 24hrs they were EVERYWHERE. They’d fall off the ceiling, into the stove while we’re cooking, in our bed!!!! Our shower, our clothes, sink, EVERYWHERE!!! The first time we went to the office they told us they would send “pest control” it was one person with a face mask on, and an ‘At home spray’ that you can buy at heb. So we tried to end our lease, but they said they would take care of it, actually got real pest control to come in our apartment, and then had someone seal the cracks. I don’t know what chemicals they used, but me and my bf started getting rashes all over our body. It’s two weeks later and my apartment is even worse with roaches than it was before. My apartment is always kept clean, so I know it’s not because of us. We went up there to end our lease, they said okay “we’ll end the lease for you guys” and that we’d get our security deposit back….why are they trying to now evict us?? We have a whole recording of the convo when they said they’d end our lease and give us our security deposit back, I’ll keep this updated.
Do Not Rent Here!! Hot water never works! The people in the office will lie to your face. Very unprofessional. Call the corporate office and they just trash! Maintenance takes 2 months to fix anything! You will be very unhappy living here. Maintenance and office reps will just walk in your house whenever they want at anytime. Police are always over here because people are shooting at night. Car has been broken into 3 times. Front gate and back gate always open. Late night security be sleep in his car. You will be charged full water bill even though hot water will never work. The absolute worst apartments ever to live in. The really deserved 0 stars.
Miss Corenda is the most useful and helpful leasing agent I’ve ever had. She was the one that helped me moved in. I really appreciate everything she has done. As concerned with the other reviews I’ve personally never had any major issues
Sheesh I just sent in like 3 emails . I’m glad I looked at the reviews, Nevermind! Thank you google this a shame they really seem like beautiful apartments normally I don’t go off of others but.. it’s way too many saying the same thing and one of the people BROKE their lease like huh?? Oh no babe. Maybe next year ?
Been here around a month now, Correnda at the leasing office was so helpful, sad that I can actually agree with the reviews tho. No matter how many times u tell them, it’s just something that’s outta their control. You won’t be able to take a hot shower like never; and I’m a person who loves hot showers. it’s so frustrating. I’m moving as soon as my lease is up.
If I can give this place zero stars I would!! Beware! This is the WORST apartment complex ever! Maintenance is just horrible never does anything, apartments are infested with roaches and MOLD, there’s always problems with their hot water, staff is so disrespectful, careless and useless! They always expect them for you to be considerate with them and all their problems but they are never considerate with you. You would report a problem and maintenance would NEVER come to fix it and you can call the office multiple times and they would never care. Oh! But when it comes to paying you’re rent then that’s when they’ll contact you immediately and if you even pay one day late trust me you’ll be charged an extra fee. This is a Just horrible horrible place, please beware for your safety!!!!!!!
