The Phoenix and the Rose is a Center for Healing, founded by Sara Rubin in 1996. Sara has been practicing the art of energy healing since 1980.
Home to a community of hands-on and vibrational energy healers, students are trained in the arts of hands-on and vibrational energy work.
Sara Rubin offers individual sessions for physical, emotional, and spiritual support.
Three workshops are offered each month: The Process Workshop (Saturday), Healer's Training (Sunday), and Women's Workshop.
The Process Workshop and Healer's Training (by invitation only) are typically held the first full weekend of the month. The Process Workshop offers a space for addressing and clearing blocks to one's life and work. After introductions, attendees may work in pairs or small groups in guided activities which address the physical, emotional, mental, and/or etheric bodies.
The Healer's Training provides guided technical training in the art of energy healing. Through channeled guidance and activities, the group expands and increases their vibrational fields individually and collectively.
The Women's Workshop is typically the third Saturday of the month, providing a safe atmosphere to process issues specific to women.
In addition to the energetic work which is the foundation of The Phoenix and The Rose, this community has expanded as a satellite home for the Munay Ki.
The Munay Ki rites have been passed down through shamanic leaders of Incan tradition. Sara Rubin was among the first international group of recipients to receive these rites directly from the shamans in Peru, in 2008. Munay Ki workshops are offered periodically to receive the full set of eight rites, and to be trained in passing them on firsthand.
Sara is also a facilitator for Avatar, a series of workshops given internationally that expand our ability to create in our own lives and contribute to an enlightened planetary civilization.
Special events and workshops are frequently held in addition to these standing events.
