The RED R invites you to join us on a rather experimental journey:
our goal is to make this a hub for CONSTANT renewal and updates. new posts, new art, new artists to be added weekly. interactivity and collaboration will be key.

our content here will be explicitly different from any of our other sites. what you see here will unique to our usual posts and updates on theREDr.com, our blog, or our twitter. content to enable people out there (you) to get more involved and plugged in:
WEEKLY COMPETITIONS---
•pin up drawings from featured artists (artists will have a link to their page and work, with a short blurb on their career, and connection to Revelations) will be posted each week. an artist selected will to do THEIR take on a different Revelations character [former examples can be seen in our "pin up" photo album]
•Internet Street Team will be members who bring the most traffic (new membership or "likers")
shown with a post from them that is "liked" by all their additions. winner of the weekly promo push will be rewarded with a Revelations care pack (full of goodies) sent to them!
PRIZES---
•monthly winner for pin ups [see "voting" below]
•weekly winner for IST (internet street team) the person directing the most traffic for that week
will receive custom artwork from the creator of the Revelations series.
WEEKLY ART POSTS---
•we will be posting artwork every week (either old sketches or art never before seen, ie kid's drawings from leeward, and new progress from pages currently being worked on in the new book)
VOTING---
•at the close of each month "fan's" votes will be tallied and the featured artists with the most votes will be crowned pin up artist of that MONTH.
what they win (other than bragging rights) will be a featured spot in the next published Revelations sketch/art book, as well as their own 'month' in the Revelations 2012 calendar, and a Revelations care pack (full of goodies) sent to them.
so that's the idea, in a nutshell (a rather large nutshell). i hope you get the idea.
this is only the beginning we are hopeful to add new exciting contests, and interactive opportunities, as well as new prizes as well.
and as always, we would love to hear feedback and ideas. we want this to be a very progressive, evolving thing that suits best the people that it's meant for and are a part of it!
