The Rock Fitness Center has been in business for over 10 years. We love this town, and we love our members too!
Our facility is open 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year to our members. We provide a weight room with free weights and weight machines, a cardio room with treadmills, ellipticals and bikes, a toning room with robotic toning tables, three tanning rooms, and restrooms with showers. Our sign up hours are Monday and Tuesday 1-7 and Wednesday-Friday 1-5.
