What a wonderful experience I have had with Joe Nuzzolo. I had what I thought were two Dali’s. After emailing most of the day, what patients he has unfortunately I found out that they were not authentic. Joe was very kind, and let me down easy. It's a bit surreal how much the world has changed in just a few months since our Holiday in California and spending time with Joe and his team in Torrance. Joe has a tremendous wealth of knowledge about Dali works and we were fortunate to spend a few hours looking at some of the special works kept in the 'vault'. The entire transaction was done by internet and telephone, the price was fair and payment was made the same day Fedex delivered the print. All phone calls were promptly returned and Joe's assistant, Monika, was a great help by walking me through the shipping and sale process. He was very kind and helpful and helped me to discover that the work I had purchased was indeed a fake. He was understanding and sincere and guided me through the process of ultimately getting my money back. Without his help I probably would have been stuck with this fake work. He also did it for free and did not ask or expect anything in return.
