The Salvation Army Adult Day Health Center is a safe and relaxing place where adults may come to enjoy socialization and activities during the daytime in a supervised setting.
The Center is designed to meet the needs of adults (age 18 and older) who are limited in their ability to function independently and in need of some assistance.
The program can assist individuals in maintaining their independence and promote a feeling of self-worth. Caregivers can enjoy peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in a safe environment with a reassuring and medically trained staff.

The Salvation Army Adult Day Health Center is committed to providing individual attention to adults with limitations that meets their medical, social and spiritual needs and supports their caregiver.
Management and Nursing Services are provided by Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa
The Salvation Army Adult Day Health Center is partially funded by Elderbridge Agency on Aging and the United Way of North Iowa.
