I know nothing about the park. But the man was adamant against old RVs. I know people worth a Million Dollars that drive older RVs. Why are we treated like criminals and scumbags because we prefer older models?? They cost less but are built better. When maintained they run great. This is unfair discrimination and bias for no rational reason. "Somebody might abandon it" he says. Well should I be punished and judged for what someone else did? I thought this was America. "That's our policy" How about "Common sense" as a policy? How about check the individuals credit? Folks go there to Quartzite hoping to escape that kind of empty headed thinking so common in big city America.
4.5 stars. The people here are great. What a great place to park. Easy and level spots. Clean and beautiful park. They had a nice laundromat and a dog wash area! The only complaint is the noise backed up to the trailer park. People start their trucks early and let them run for 20 min and the highway is quite noisy all day and some throughout the evening. Otherwise, lovely safe place.
There are many rv parks in Quartzite. You may want to compare prices. This park was more costly than what we usually pay. Shop around. Parks along the main road all have the traffic noise. Staff all friendly and helpful. Happy travels.
This place was so nice for 2 weeks, it was clean and pleasant as it was kinda slow and people were more rolling in and out for the time we stay. The hosts were so friendly, the campsite was well decorated in desert landscaping and it was quiet, it had full hookups at every site and the internet was good. The puppy was happy with his stay as were we - seem to have a malfunction of photo storage because I can’t find many photos and I guess that is my thing.
Hands down the very best RV park in Quartzsite! Clean, well managed. Great Rec facility with Movies to borrow, weekly breakfasts, holiday luncheons. They are active in the community and you can even get your Ham Radio License through their organized programs. Generous site sizes, large dog friendly!
Very clean and they had accommodations. They had a laundromat and also has a facility for washing your truck and your side by side. Cass the Rv manager and Bonnie asst. we’re very friendly. We diffently come back again. And rates are very affordable
I was told what a great place this is: it was a terrible location. Right on a major N/S highway. I ended up 40’ away from the noisy, accelerating semi trailers. That highway was so violently uncomfortable that the vibrations set off my 5th wheel security alarm. Terrible place to stay, AND they charge premium high prices. Should be replaced by a fastfood restaurant. If you want a peaceful stay in your RV, stay away from this place. True story!!!
I had a good stay here for a decent price. Sites are level. Compact gravel. 50 amps. Good utilities. No cable. Wifi can be spotty, but cell service is very good. Close to highway but far from freeway noise. A quick hop will get you into the main town. I was fortunate enough to be able to stay in a pull through next to a tree don't expect many trees out here--it's the desert!
I live in The Scenic Road RV Park in Quartzsite Arizona in the winter. I looked at some other parks which were a little cheaper honestly not much cheaper and some more expensive but the quality of the managers makes Scenic Road the obvious choice. The quality of the park is excellent but I think that is due to the quality of the managers. Jeff, the owner, has chosen well and he is often here. The park is very clean and well graveled. You appreciate the gravel when it pours rain. There are always managers on site during the season. Cass and Jim are in the office or on the grounds 5 days a week and Ann Marie and Max are here the other two days. I have received so much help from all these managers from ground guide for backing into my space to advice about water problems and propane. When there are no covid restrictions, they organize fun activities. I look forward to future years of these activities. The park has a place to wash your car, your dog, your cloths and yourself. The bathrooms and showers are always pristine. I’ve been here twice but this is my first season. It will certainly be the first of many.
Ok park. Concrete pads on each spot but makes it hard to park by your rig. My auto steps got stuck on the pad and I had to put my jacks down again to get them up. Manager was only nice when I was inside to pay. Said there was WiFi for sale, but it never worked. Moved to Crawford’s. Cheaper, bigger spots, free WiFi that works, and friendlier management.
