We are extremely dissatisfied with our overall purchase process from this store. We were told numerous different prices for the same mattress. The price continued to change as we were going to leave. We were so confused that we were tricked into a mattress we didn’t want. They then switched out of this terrible mattress into a different one we were looking at and by this time we just wanted to leave. They charged our credit card immediately and then we were told we could not get a refund because the accountant was not in. This all happened within a few minutes. We were told if we didn’t love the mattress there was a 30 day return policy. We were also told we would get an email and invoice of our purchase which we never did. There was also a discrepancy with the price which was supposed to be refunded to the credit card and never was. The mattress was delivered yesterday it is not at all what we wanted and less than 24 hours after it was delivered we asked for a refund. All of a sudden now, there is NO return policy. This was the worst experience we have ever had. We feel like we were lied to, tricked and swindled. At this point we may be able to get an exchange but we feel going back in, that we will be tricked and lied to again and they will just try to up sell us. We just want a refund and our old bed back. We are very upset.
I was impressed with the wonderful lady at The Sleeper Shoppe. She was very knowledgeable of the different types of mattresses out there and how they are made, was friendly and helpful as well. We bought a box spring, mattress and a bed then I got the covering, the blanket, and the mattress protector. My son ended up liking the mattress. Our experience was amazing!!! They delivered on time and helped us set it up. They were cooperative and fantastic. REALLY GOOD PRICES!! We can sleep, and I would recommend them to anybody that wants to get another mattress!

Didn’t expect to walk in and purchase a mattress instantly but David was very welcoming from the second I walked in with my 3 year old and pointed us in the right direction for his first big boy bed! Can’t beat the prices either which always helps : Thank you so much! Will definitely be repeat customers when the time comes for another mattress.
I just put a payment down on a queen size mattress here - can't beat their grand opening prices! We were able to set a delivery date a month out, which is perfect for our needs AND, the sales associate was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
WONDERFUL experience!!! From their salesman Bill to the delivery men to the price the whole experience was great. I bought a queen Serta icomfort and it's just what I wanted. Went in expecting to pay in excess of $2000.00 and left spending less than $900.00 with all the discounts incl a frame for a guest bed. I highly recommend this company.
We bought a new matress and new pillows after years of back and neck pain. We now have the best sleep ever. Great prices and costumer service.
