We had the greatest experience today. My 4 year old and 7 year old do not like going to the dentist. Ashton did an amazing job help calm my sons anxiety! She talked him through the whole process and was so kind and patient. She went above and beyond for my children today! Highly recommend!

We always have a great experience at The Smile Spot! The family room is perfect for our family. All 5 kids can be in the same room and seen at the same time.  This visit, Tesia was so patient with a few kids who really did not like the X-rays. She was kind and patient even though she had to do extra takes.  Ashton was so kind, friendly, and took the time to get to know my kids as she cleaned their teeth. She was especially friendly with my 2 and 3 year old that were a little nervous.  Dr. Maples is also always kind and friendly towards my kids!  This is a great family friendly office and I highly recommend it!

If you have all day to sit around this place is great! We wanted to love Smile Spot. Generally the hygienists and dentist were all great with the kids. However the administrative staff is a joke. You will get scheduled for a time and almost always wait 15-20min past that before they get you started.  This last time I scheduled a 1pm appointment. Specifically asked how ling the appointment was for because my son had another Dr appointment at 245. They said 30min to an hour max. I showed up at 1245 pm and got checked in for our 1pm appointment. At 130pm I went up to the counter and asked if they had a timeline reminding them we had another appointment to go to. They said "Oh your appointment isn't until 2pm". When I showed them both the scheduling email and the text confirmation stating a 1pm appointment they basically said "Well we couldn't get you back until at least 230pm."  They tried to say it was the normal for kids dentistry, but I've already switched one of my kiddos over and we have NOT had this same experience.  Sadly we wont be staying with Smile Spot. We don't have hours to sit in a waiting room.

I highly recommend The Smile Spot! My son is severely autistic so the dentist is always a stressful experience for us. That is until we met Stephanie and Dr. Kyle at The Smile Spot! Stephanie made my son so comfortable as she explained everything in detail of what she was going to do before she did it. Her sweet, calm voice and loving, compassionate and caring demeanor helped him stay calm the entire time! I seriously couldn’t believe how stress-FREE and enjoyable our experience was. We are patients for life now!! Thank you Stephanie!!! You were such a blessing to us! Smile Spot is blessed to have you on their team!

Absolutely incredible experience! Stephanie who took care of my niece was amazing. She was so patient and kind, making my niece feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. We couldn't have asked for a better dental assistant. Highly recommend!

We love the Smile Spot! Lindsay is an exceptional orthodontist assistant who takes great care of my son there. Her expertise and genuine warmth make every visit at the Smile Spot a pleasant experience. There's an undeniable grace in her approach, which adds an extra layer of comfort and reassurance. Plus, her sense of humor is a hidden gem, often leaving us with a smile that stretches wider than any orthodontic treatment could achieve. Highly recommended for her top-notch care and unexpected moments of laughter. Lindsay is the best!

This dentist office is all about money I took my son and they said he need all this crazy work done and they just have kids come to the hospital to be out under and then went to another dentist got a second opinion and they said absolutely not none of that work needed to be done ?! Sooo I think this dentist is a scam and they truly don't know anything! Smile spot needs to be investigated and the dentists there need there skills to be checked maybe they need to make them re test to see if they even know enough to be able to practice on children!!!!!! Also just the whole staff is not professional you hear them talking about there personal lives and there just really disorganized and yeah so many people it's hard to feel like your nothing but a number the halls of this dentist office reminds me of a hall way in highschool when the bell rings! I hope the right person sees this and takes it seriously cause the way there running there business is not professional or clean or safe ! Definitely didn't feel safe putting my child's mouth in there hands !

Took my nephew there for his first happy visit. Our assistant Stephanie was so kind and patient with him. He can be a lot to handle but she did a wonderful job with him! Will definitely be bringing him back and requesting her if at all possible! :

We were assisted by Chris and immediately my kids were comfortable. He didn’t overdo it but he didn’t under sell my kids experience. They were smiling and excited the entire cleaning and X-ray process even my 3-year-old and he was super easy to communicate with as a parent. He set our new appts up as we waited for the doctor and everything was ready to go quickly when the doctor was done. 10/10 visit.

I highly recommend Stephanie as a dental assistant for anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and patient professional to take care of their kids' dental needs. The entire experience was so positive that my child is now looking forward to their next dental check-up!  Thank you, Mrs. Jackson, for making our visit such a pleasant one. You are truly an asset to the dental clinic, and we are grateful for your exceptional service!
