Familia Dental Champaign

My experience is always at The Champaign location is always disappointing. It’s always Dirty even first thing in the morning. They put clear packing tape on the X-ray mouth piece, they put Instruments in Ziploc bags and the atmosphere was uncomfortable, The ladies at the front desk where taking personal calls and having loud inappropriate conversations. I love that Familia is helping Provide lower cost dental care and taking medicaid But low cost or low income shouldn’t mean We get less care!! Atp I am willing to drive the 45min plus to a different location!

While waiting for appointment I heard Brittany taking phone calls. She was very professional and patient. The person on the phone had been cursing and she remained calm and polite. I am so impressed as she was so professional and such an asset to the company. Great job Brittany!!!

i came in for emergency tooth pain & Brittany was super helpful! she got me checked in quick & easy without any trouble. all the other staff i interacted with were also just as nice!

This place is so ghetto and horrible. The ladies at the front was so unprofessional was face timing the whole time the lady see me standing there the whole time and ignored me because she was focus on h looking for her IPods . Make you way two to three months for an extraction or fillings.Will never go here again. Doctor doesn’t know what he’s doing or know how to clean teeth. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Dr.E, Jacara, and Brittany were so awesome today. I was nervous and scared going in because I’ve never been here before. They took great care of me, without causing ANY pain and were able to fix my broken tooth situation and clean my teeth in under an hour! I am grateful. Thank you so much!

First if all, they are very disorganized. Losing paperwork, forgetting to accurately record patient information and appointments. One dentist cracked my tooth while trying to put in a filling, and denied it had to go someplace else to get it repaired. A dentist at Familia told me i needed a deep cleaning, pulled a piece if floss through 4 of my front teeth and called it a deep cleaning. He didn’t even touch my gum line. If you need actual dental work, do not go here.

I brought my eight year old to the walk in clinic today. She had been dealing with some pain in her gums. Brittany and Adrianna were very friendly, efficient, and we were in and out in less than an hour.

It wouldn't let me do it but I actually give them ZERO STARS - This office is by far the most unprofessional, inept, business I have ever had to deal with. You can not talk to anyone who actually works there, unless you keep calling over and over. They cannot keep an orthodontist, for more than a few months. I paid cash in full, and didn't even get 12 visits a year. Because they can't keep an orthodontist it takes twice as long as it should to get your braces completed. They make ridiculous rules to not see you then don't enforce them on the next visit. The whole entire staff has changed at least 3 times in 3 years. They lied on the records saying that they treated us on 4/11 but he was sent away saying he didn't have an appointment that day and the orthodontist wasn't even there. They have been telling us for over 3 months that they would be taking the braces off but never do. They did impressions over his braces. Who does that????? We are leaving to have a real orthodontist look over his braces and remove them. They are such a joke.

Can't get in to see dentist for months and still waiting..the website states they offer emergency dental care, but they do not. I've tried calling and no answer. I had a filling in my tooth that has fell out and I am in so much pain, it's infected as I went to my doctors office today hoping to get sum Kind of treatment and it's a shame that they cannot get me in or squeeze me in between patients to help. If you offer emergency care then act like it please.

Que and Tareice at the front desk are friendly and approachable. They answered all of my questions to help my brother get an appointment as soon as possible.
