We offer a field to table experience. Most of the food served is produced on our farm...as fresh and local as possible. Friday night features thin crust oven baked pizza with many choices of farm fresh toppings and also salads from the garden. Saturday night dinners include a soup or salad, a fresh bread basket, a choice of 2 entrees, two sides, sorbet, a choice of several deserts, and a hot drink. Sunday brunch includes a specialty cold drink, bread plate, an egg dish such as a quiche or a souffle, a soup or a salad or a sandwich, a pastry, and a hot drink. Many of the ingredients are harvested the day of the meal, including all salad greens and herbs. All meats are produced on the farm and seafoods are the best quality available. Breads and pastries are baked fresh in the farm bakery for each meal. Hot drink choices include fair trade and organic.
