Great little restaurant. I had the western omelette, my son fruit french toast and my husband the country Benedict. It was about the best breakfast we have ever tasted. Just passing thru Wisconsin from Georgia to Washington State and I needed a real home cookin' breakfast and Gimi's gave me just that. Thanks Sue for great service. Great place. The food was really good, but my steak was as over cooked. My waitress, an amazing older lady, offered to have my steak replaced. I said there was no need. Her effort was AMAZING! However, the cook needs to learn how to cook a steak according to the customers EXACT specifications. I will still stop here again one more time for another steak to see if it’s cooked correctly: that’s how good the food was.

Large portions, friendly service, busy lunch our but still parking and tables and booths available. Large varied menu. Strawberry salad grilled chicken, strawberries, blueberries, feta cheese, spinach was very good and so was the cookies and cream cheesecake pie.

All their food is delicious Don't forget to check out the pies! I will always eat here when in Blackriver Falls. Very kind people and friendly atmosphere

Stopped here for late lunch, I had the patty melt with salad and fries, my wife had the Mediterranean sandwich with chicken dumpling soup and fries, both sandwiches were excellent, service was outstanding and prices very reasonable, next time we are in black river falls we want to try the breakfast here.Food: 5/5

Definitely best food for price. Corn chowder was great, dumplings were great. Had Philly cheesesteak and bun was so soft and warm. Wish hamburgers were hand pattied would be my only complaint Kid-friendliness: Super friendly but maybe have a fish dinner for kids

Do you wish to enjoy a nice quiet family restaurant? This is your place!! We stopped for a breakfast. The coffee came around non-stop with a smile on the waitress face! Even after we said we had enough she asked again just to be sure. That’s what I call happy service! The food was very good! I got the western omelet and it came with hash browns & toast. Too much for me but hubby helped. We’ll stop again if we are in town!
