I was doing an Amazon return and the Amazon rep did not process my return properly but the gentleman at UPS was wonderful. He was kind, friendly and helpful and made the return very easy. I wish I had his name. I was in the store on Tuesday, July 18 around 12:15 pm. To hopefully recognize this worker.
I’ve been here so many times and I’ve never had a problem. Today someone I sent my father there on my behalf to return some Amazon items, and I don’t know who was there because it couldn’t possibly be anyone I’ve dealt with before. The person was very rude to my father who by the way is 70 years old and doesn’t speak great English. I don’t care what language he speaks, everyone deserves their respect. He was super disrespectful to my father, and to me on the phone. It’s not appreciated. I’m rating 3 stars because to be honest I’ve always had excellent service at this location, but what happened today was unacceptable. The way he spoke to me about my father as if he wasn’t standing right in front of him, and didn’t understand what he was saying was just so disrespectful. Apparently it’s not his job to scan items and ship them. Who knew?
Needed help with a label that wouldn't print correctly at home. The employee suggested that I try and download the return label again. Then I could email it to the UPS store printer. It worked like a charm. Very helpful staff!
It’s not what you say but how. The customer service here can use some serious improvement. I dealt with one person and he was helpful, the other gentleman was sarcastic and didn’t seem like he cared much about overall customer satisfaction. I’ll avoid this location in the future.
Worst UPS store, go elsewhere. Don’t bother if you have a corp account. They will not honor it. If you want to be treated poorly, talked to like a P.O.S., then this is your place. Aloof, demeaning, condescending, rude. Only words that come to mind. Fedex allows me to use my corp acct #

I've been here for Amazon returns, faxing services, and copy services. Staff is fast and friendly.

The UPS Store claims to provide document services, however the machine capable of scanning documents has been broken at this store for YEARS. Every time I try to get something scanned to .pdf, they cannot do it. The owner needs to invest in the facilities at his store. I feel bad for the employees having to deal with disappointed customers.
