I attempted to make an Amazon return at this location and didn’t realize that I needed to put the item in a box before hand that’s my bad. The employee at the store told me that it needed to be boxed and that I could buy one from the UPS store for $20 or go somewhere like U-Haul and buy my own box, cut it down, and bring the item back. I asked if it could be in a bag instead of a box, to which the employee said yes. So I purchased a bag that fit the item And brought the item back, and the employee that helped me asked a different employee to come help me. This employee told me that it could not be in a bag, that the return would likely not be excepted, and that I could buy a box for $10. The original employee who helped me chimed in and said “they recently changed their policy”. I get that it was close to closing time, but the employee clearly just didn’t want to deal with me or help me and just wanted me to leave.
There used to be a nice lady working here. Now every single employee is rude and apathetic. There's one kid here whose hair looks like he stuck his finger in an outlet who is beyond rude. I went in to mail something, and he said it would be $500 for a tiny package containing a DVD. When I said "Never mind", he literally threw it back to me and started working on the next customer before I could even get out of the way. Oh, and I did get that package sent via the post office for $6. Not $500... $6. Then there's a woman who, when I said I had an Amazon return, said "That needs a box" in the rudest tone I've ever heard. She then tells me said box would be $50-60. For a BOX! Either these people don't know their stuff, or this location is trained in the not-so-subtle art of scamming. Avoid this location. Rebuttal to the response: The DVD I was trying to send was in a small padded envelope, not 3 big, heavy boxes. It was a Saturday morning, if that helps. And while Amazon may say the return requires a box, nowhere does it give UPS employees instructions to be as nasty as possible about it. Mr or Ms owner, you need to better train your employees in proper customer service.
Made an appointment for notary services and after fighting traffic for 45 minutes... I was told that she had decided to leave early for the day. I would have completely understood but not a text, email, or phone call was given. Completely wasted my time.
Clerks are not helpful. All effort expended, will be yours. Automated phone, leave message. They'll call back when you are checking into the nursing home. Josh Eldredge is the owner. If you know him, let him know that he's got a "situation" that needs his attention.
They're knowledgeable but not personable. They do the job but treat people like they're stupid for not knowing what they do. I guess I'll use FedEx or USPS next time.
I came to this store, it didn’t look busy, BUT workers seemed like the hated to help customers and didn’t like to work. Like I don’t want them to tell me jokes or anything but the service is like you are begging for help. Who’s the manager here? Or the one in charge! Please help your employees understand the importance of a good customer service. Even though it’s only a shipping store they should be able to give the best customer service. Social and communication skills are necessary to work with customers and help them the best you can it is not just doing your job and done but being nice and happy for what you are doing.
The friendliest staff I have ever seen. Every experience I had with this store has been smooth and hastle-free. Thank you for being awsome and keep up the great work.
Lexi was so ridiculously helpful! She went above and beyond helping me pack and ship a large item. Amazing and quick service!
I seriously don't know why there are poor customer reviews. I'm assuming the reviewers are simply having bad days or are unhappy people. It's usually the merchant that charges for a shipping slip. Or, if you are self shipping..duh. Shipping labels aren't free if you self ship. The staff is amazing. I've had nothing but a great experience at this location and drive further than the closest one to my home for their customer service. I had to get a document notarized, printed and scanned because my printer kept throwing an error and I was in a hurry. They printed off the docs before I got there and was in and out in less than 3 minutes. I take all my Amazon and other online returns there. They always go above and beyond!
I went there around 5pm, they were a little busy. One of this store’s young female employee with crazy eye makeup had the worst attitude toward serving customers. I chose this UPS store as my daily stop by store for over 8 months, I’ve never had any other employee in this store has problem with simply scanning the Amazon return code from my phone, they were all sweet. Until today my minds changed, this girl who acted like every customer owes her money, she worked with a terrible attitude! She kept on scanning my return package code in a weird position like her hands were wrenched by an Alien, she kept shoving me away by not even trying to scan like a normal person, instead she kept on telling me to “ Go find the original return instruction email or download an Amazon App” Eventually after about 6 minutes of fulfilling her specific scanning position requirements, my return package was finally roughly scanned by herwhile she was asking a male coworker take over her job in the process. And she still acted like she hated doing anything and definitely not wanted to go the extra mile with patience. However it has been 4 hours since I left this store, for the first time I still haven’t received an immediate automatic email like usual claiming my return package is received by UPS Store and my refund is being processed. It was over $200 worth of stuff, now I worry about that girl didn’t successfully scanned the code and screwed up my expensive return package cuz I didn’t get a receipt from her.
