Reviews

This location is open 7 days a week and have multiple employees who are notaries. I’ve never had a problem getting something notarized here. They’re crazy busy in the afternoon, so best to go another time. I also prefer to go here for Amazon returns than Whole Foods. Easier parking, and friendlier staff.

What can I say about this store? Exceptional service. I’ve had to come several times, returning, mailing, fingerprints and each time, I’m met with excellent customer service. Sally goes above and beyond when working with someone, even during busy rush hour I have never been met with anything but a positive attitude.

The best. I've been their customer since 1998 when it was Mailboxes Etc. I've always got first class service there. If you go in there now, ask for Sally. She's the best.

Their worker made a notary mistake that resulted in the institution rejecting the notarization and requiring it be redone.  When we returned and requested correction, the worker went back and spoke with her manager, and manager came out and told us we were in the wrong and unreasonable.  Manager never asked us about what happened, and just assumed the worker was correct.  At the end worker re-notarized grudgingly as a "favor" to us.  Luckily she did it correctly the same time, the institution accepted the second notarization.  Response to stores response: this did happen at this Stevens Creek and Lawrence intersection store. But this was some years ago, so perhaps whoever answered from the store was not there at that time.  Hopefully this store has gotten better since then.

Even in the holiday crowd, both the women there were super nice. They are highly efficient, and helpful.

Gigi is very nice. My arrival time would be 3 minutes late after the store is closed. I called ups and she held the door for me.

The staff was so kind in helping with my baby and toddler’s passport photos. Feel very grateful. Thank you to sally especially.

I came in the UPS store very stressed and Sally helped me feel relaxed while she got my documents notarized. She was very welcoming and friendly. The store is neat and organized. I see regulars coming in and out naturally as the employees multitasking getting the line taken care of in and out. Sally was so nice enough to continue to fax my notary on a busy line till it went through! Thank you so much for all your patience and dedication.

Gigi is exceptional. Came in limping with leg pain. Gigi offered to carry my boxes for me to the counter. She made my day. There’s always great customer service at this UPS .

I'll start by saying this place is probably fine for most normal use-cases, but if you want any service outside of "drop off package" you're better off going pretty much anywhere else. Passport photo service and notary services are insanely expensive, and god forbid you don't have a printer at home to print a label. You will have to hope their printer is working, and if it is, there is a $6 minimum to use the computer to print out a label, which the staff won't tell you, on top of a print fee. I've had a few good experiences with staff here, but the majority are rude and unhelpful.
