A UPS store with no limits!  If you’re looking for a place to do custom holiday cards and event invites, look no further. My wife and I decided to place our trust in Tania for our wedding invites and save the dates, and boy did she deliver!  Tania brought our idea to life by bringing in different elements that made for a unique wedding invite with save the date features, my wife and I decided to combine the two. Tania and her team handled the printing, assembly, and shipping of our invites.  The envelopes were thick with gold borders. Within the envelope we had a translucent RSVP QR code with an amazing silhouette picture  of my wife and I. Which was followed by an envelope that said “Put me on the fridge,” within this envelope was a custom magnet that Tania made for our save the date feature. And last but not least was our bigger save the date card, the print quality was amazing and the colors of the photo meshed very well with the reflective gold save the date print. We had a photo on the front and on the back of the card. All the card elements were held together by a heart shaped rose gold metal clip.  My wife and I were very happy with the quality of our invites and the level of service that we received from Tania. All invites were delivered on time and the communication was  phenomenal. I’d give Tania and her store 10 stars if I could!!!!!!

I came into this UPS Store location with 100 client holiday gifts and no clue how I was going to efficiently mail them all. Tanya and her team offered solutions that were easy, cost-effective, and immediate. They really went above and beyond, offering pick-up, taping, and tracking link services free of charge. I will be doing ALL my business and personal shipping through this small business!

I had to send out a bunch of vintage action figures. Tanya I think, the owner, help me. She was SUPER helpful and was doing whatever she could to help me get my stuff across the country in the fastest time possible without breaking the bank. I can't express enough how grateful I am for her assistance. She's also very nice, but not in that over-the-top, customer service kind of way. Like just genuinely nice and wants to help you get your things where you need them to go as safely as possible. She also seems like a straight to the point, no BS kind of person too and that really helps when you have ADD. If I ever need to ship anything out, I'm coming here.

We really appreciate the amazing team and owners here at this location. We are small business owners and ship regularly as well as print various things such as custom stickers and labels. This UPS location has been extremely helpful and I would emphasize extremely. They go above and beyond to assist us and make our lives easier as business owners. We continue to come to this location although there are many UPS locations in the area. We feel the services and passion this location provides to assisting their customers is exceptional. Thank you!

The owner and her staff are awesome. They are so very nice and helpful, always provide fast service and you can rest assured that your shipment will be well taken care of. The best UPS Store in Santa Clara/San Jose area. Highly recommend going to this store for all your UPS needs.

Wow, just wow!  Tania and Varun, the new owners run a great business here.....!!!!  Ever been to a UPS/FEDEX Office and they had old, beat up, antiquated equipment with slow service and a bad attitude?  NOT HERE!!!  Tania and Varun are fun, hip, wicked smart, helpful and bottom line.  They've got brand new, above average equipment and they're really helpful. What a breath of fresh air to walk in, get great, cutting edge, state of the art service and get back out to do life again, in, out, fast, efficient....very impressed.  Needed a notary and copy services, they had me in, out and back on the road in no time, so impressed.  Go see these tech saavy, customer centric entrepreneurs, you'll be glad you did.

First time at this specific UPS Store, it was recommended to me by my son who uses it for his business.    Time was of the essence for getting something printed; Varun Sharma, Print Specialist, took the time to make sure what I wanted for the program being printed was done to my liking,  trying out variations to see what looked best.  It was promised  to be finished by two days; instead, I got a call that afternoon saying it was ready!  The store was well-staffed, and seeing how many people came in/out while I was there just showed how good a store they must run!  Nice large shop as well.  Would recommend this UPS Store to others.

This ups store is unbelievable!. Everyone is so helpful.  And you gotta hear this.. I was having a package picked up and ups never came. I went in and Tania was there and she knows me as I have done business there before. I told her about my sitch was, she asked how far I lived, which was really close. She said I’ll follow you and if you can believe this.. she grabbed her employee Jake and they showed up at my house 5 minutes later. Jake the Superman picked up the heaviest box and they brought it back to the store and waited. These guys are the best there is!

UPS helped our non-profit church with large printing orders in the past, so I went to them when we recently had a new order for 2,500 postcards and 2,500 business cards. They offered a great discount for our non-profit, communicated promptly, and had a quick turn around. They also helped me print my family’s Christmas cards for a cheaper price than elsewhere!
