Not much to say, it's a Disney store, so it's a great happy place.

This store will soon no longer exist. It gets one star for corporate Disney being monsters and closing all the mall Disney Stores. The cast members at this location are awesome. I will miss them and the entire experience of Disney magic in the mall setting. This was my magical place. Now it just represents sadness.

I've loved this place since I was tiny, and now so does my child. Everything is always very clean and organized and it's so easy to find an employee to help you. I found the video area a little annoying -- the kids can tap the playlist and choose what they want to see, but it's all essentially commercials. My kid was so enthralled by it that I got sucked in to sitting there longer than I would have liked, but it's smart on their part! Wish you sold the movies in the store. We hit up Amazon and Target for those.

It's nice not to much variety of t-shirts for kids or minnie ears but we found regular ones so that worked. I didn't like that I purchased the autograph book and they didn't tell me anything about the park closing that section, they should know and let their clients know

Kids love this place Great selection of Disney products.  They have Disney park tickets.  Their character soft toys are amazing.  They have amazing sale 2 times the year. Thanksgiving prices are amazing

Yesterday afternoon I took my children to this location to purchase some special mugs. I have a kiddo who won't sleep and I wanted to incorporate tea time into our nightly routine. We found what we were looking for and headed to the register to pay.  My son was super excited about the Mandolorian mug he had picked out! His siblings were equally excited about the ones they found as well. My wallet was prepared cry.  Tim, who I am assuming is a lead or supervisor walked over to the register we were standing in front of and began to start out transaction. Then two other shoppers walked up immediately after and stood in front of the third register. Tim stopped assisting my family, muttered more to himself than to me, "I'm going to just help them first."  At this point I was looking at him confused and dismayed at his actions. Another young lady walked up to the register Tim had vacated and offered assistance. I put the 3 mugs and aluminum water bottle on the counter. I decided at that point I was not going purchase anything due to Tim's unsatisfactory and poor quality customer service.  I proceeded to coral my kiddos and leave. I stopped another young man as we were leaving and asked who the manager was. He stated, Tim and another person were in charge. I asked who was above Tim, seeing as he was the issue. He stated Ms. French was and that she was currently on vacation. Also that she would be returning Thursday. I requested her contact information. He went to the back and to retrieve it. He was taking a lot longer than I thought was necessary. When I proceeded to walk toward the general direction he had gone and Tim steps into my path of travel. He stated, "Do you want me to explain what happened?" There is no plausible explanation that could justify his actions. He proceeded to state that the other shoppers had been there awhile. I then told him what does that have to do with him stopping his transaction with me to and leaving to help someone else? Is there some Disney policy that states whomever was in a certain area gets rung up before the persons waiting in line first? I let him know there was no excuse for his behavior. He then starts loudly apologizing and talking over me.  I don't know if this was a race thing. Maybe I didn't look like I could afford what I was attempting to purchase or what exactly the deal was. I honestly can't figure out the "why", but I do know we won't be shopping there again.  Reading other reviews it doesn't seem so farfetched that maybe this was in fact a race issue.  Shame on you Disney. Shame on your employee, Tim. #dobetter

This is a really fun store for kids with a lot of different things to look at. There is a good price range of toys, even if you have a lower budget. There are items from the Nightmare Before Christmas in the fall, and stock seems to change regularly. this is located in the section of the mall that is near many of the other kids stores and the kids play area, which is quite convenient.

Went to the Westfield Oakridge Mall, Disney Store, i was greeted and found the service very friendly. I didn't find what i was looking for, but the associate went on a search to find the item i wanted at other Disney Stores; he called ahead and asked them to hold it for me... My child got her much awaited  Thank you Disney Store associate  i wish I'd got his name

I didn't know you can purchase tickets to the park from the store, I had some very lengthy questions for the clerk and she fired away the answers I needed to finish my trip plans, she also gave me some pointers when getting to the park. The staff here will go above and beyond to help you, no matter how big or small your purchase is. Thank you Disney Store at Valley Fair. Cheers.

Can never go wrong with Disney. Always stop by everytime we are at the mall. If you are a Veteran, ask for a military discount and they will give it to you need a vaild military I.D Employees are always happy to help and in a good mood.
