Customer service was amazing. Sales rep was very friendly and informative on the products. Aymeth taugh me the differences between colognes.

This is one super swanky shop. It's a department store where a pair of trousers will cost you $250. The best thing I found was the shoe shine guy on the top floor who made my shoes look better than brand new.

I love Nordstrom’. Their service is impeccable.  The quality of their products are stellar. I look forward to the Anniversary Sale each and every year. They were my first credit card in 1987 . The selection for this year’s Anniversary Sale we’re broad with a plethora of choices

I had a great experience coming here. The sales rep, Sharan, helped me 1-on-1 and never pressured me with anything. She worked with me to find what would fit me and worked around what I wanted. She made it so easy to find something that actually fits me.

The staff acts like I’m below them-which was a mistake because I had a few K to burn here! Finally found a respectful worker in women’s Sunglasses, so I dropped $690 in that dept and skipped out. Helpful associate in sunglasses is the reason this place got ANY STARS

Sabrina at the Gucci counter was super friendly and helpful.  She made me feel special and welcomed.  It really made my day! I really enjoyed my experience.

Nordstrom at the Valley Fair mall is spacious with lots of selection. There are two Cafe in there. They are both excellent. The only thing I don’t like is the parking is very hard to get on and out. You also have to pay now. It’s not a lot but super annoying. Hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Bar inside the store !!!!!!!! They’re cocktails are amazing , and the buns are super good! I recommend the chicken one!!! Shop , eat drink in a classy environment

Great  store. Felt tired after walking and looking for things. Great  decorations for Christmas  close to macys in valley fair - recommended - I like  it

Always my go-to place for shopping actually. 1 I bought Purple bed from here, the show room was super good, the salesman are super nice too. I love the bed UwU 2 Potato corner is a super great place to go for fries hehehe. 3 I always get Coco for boba, but now that they open zero&, I think I'll go to zero& more XD! 4 Uniqlo is also one of the popular store that people go, I always go there for my UT shirts XD! 5 Jins always have nice looking glasses too. My partner's glasses are all from Jins. 6 lots good food here !!!!! So many options!!!! I can't really name them but they all taste really good! 7 Uncle tetsu and Somi Somi are super great dessert place right next to the movie theater. 8 Lego and other anime/plushies stores also one of my favorite to go window shopping
