4 people were in the building when I walked in. One guy working. Two people were on their way out with their opened things to mail. The employee looked like he would’ve rather been anywhere but there. He told a woman he couldn’t scan her things, while on his phone. She grabbed her stuff and walked out. I had two packages. UPS and USPS. He saw USPS first and told me he couldn’t take that. Valid, understandable. I went to hand him the UPS one, he said he couldn’t take that either. No other explanation as to why, and he didn’t seem to want to acknowledge me. I didn’t want to be late to work, so I took my things and left. I held the door for the final person who had her things and walked out too. From when I walked in, no one was being rude. We just wanted to ship our things. He didn’t want to do anything. I stopped at another UPS on my way home and they happily took both packages. Reading other reviews, I’m glad I didn’t leave my things with him in that store. Such an amazing way to deal with the public. I’ll be sure to never go to this UPS store again. It deserves negative stars, honestly.
I love this store!! The manager is a great teacher for his new employee. Not only that I accidentally left my credit card at the store in sending out a package. As you can imagine… 24 hours later I realized my error. Terrified it was gotten in the the wrong hands. The manager found it .. saved it for me. I will forever be thankful!!!
I generally try to avoid this store because they take weeks to send out amazon returns. They get the items, but they wait until "the box is full". I've never experience such delays at any other store. I contacted corporate after 2 week because I had no idea why my return wasn't tracking back. Edit: your response is not helpful. NO OTHER STORE takes 2-3 weeks. Anyone with an Amazon account can track their return status without an actual tracking number so that's moot.
Have you used them at least weekly for the past 3 years. They are knowledgeable friendly and I rely on them and know they will get the job done! Best UPS Store ever!
This store is never opened even though it says opened till 6:30 online and on the store window. Don't waste your time coming here.
I had 2 large packages to ship overnight, going out of state but had issues with my pre-printed labels. Chad and Danny were professional, super knowledgeable, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. My packages arrived on-time and in tip-top shape. This location is the best in the area. I did not have good experiences at other UPS stores in the area. Thanks guys!
Do not recommend this store at 4371 Northlake Blvd. Staff very rude and wanted to charge me over $14.00 for a certified, return receipt, 1 oz. letter that the postal office charges only $7.38... this location is a total ripoff unless you're dropping off a pre-labeled return item. Went to the local post office instead and had a more pleasant experience with friendly staff.
I've had my mail box here for the past 6 years and up until last month never experienced any issues. The gentleman who I would encounter for picking up my mail for the last several years was Greg. He was always smiling, managing multiple tasks at once but always made time to take care of his customers. He has been out sick and since his absence the store has lost my mail several weeks of mail and claims it to be the USPS mail carriers fault? I refused to pay for my post office box until they could try to track down the issue of my mail not being delivered and the manager Michael was more concerned about his $28/month invoice I owed than finding my tax info, missing checks and other important pieces of mail. I was never given a return phone call from the store to say "hey we can't find it" or "we are sorry, it's gone"... nothing, zip... My last attempt to collect my mail he told me "we are withholding your mail until you pay for your box". I was so excited that they actually claimed to have my mail behind the desk and I asked if I could see it to make sure it was the correct stuff... he denied and said only after I paid the $28 would they show me the mail. What kind of nonsense is this? I've never been treated like this and if that is how they deal with their long time customers, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I am not going to pay for a service, when the service isn't being done. Where's my MAIL????
This store is never opened, even though hours are posted on the web site and store. Nobody answers the phone. UPS should shut this store. it is a disaster and so is the staff. One star is too much... but there is no there option!
Frequent here often for my online shop and they are pitiful when it comes to updating hours. Numerous wasted trips and fuel despite doing so after checking. Any time you call it just rings. Just lousy effort and maintenance
