The services here are Excellent!!! Such a wonderful experience. Nery provided such wonderful customer service for me. Took away the stress of perfecting my business plan for my boss. She was very patient, attentive, thorough and all throughout her service with a smile. The entire staff is very sweet and friendly. This location is highly recommended professionalism.

We have shipped 3 packages from this store at different times.  2 using USPS and 1 UPS Ground.  None of them were ever received and tracking/recovery failed.  We have a UPS Drop-Off Package receipt and according to UPS it's still in the Label Printed stage over a month later.  It's pretty likely that someone at this store is stealing packages.  Use a different location.

This store is amazing!!! The staff is so kind and helpful. Thank you Nery for helping me get my documents notarized. Not only did she notarized them but was able to have them shipped all the way to Florida guaranteed for the next day! Thank you so much for you help. This is my favorite UPS store.

BEWARE of this location. I had an issue here where items were missing when they sent my package back to me stating that the person I was mailing this to did not order. Lies, it was for my family who of course was expecting it. The manager who runs this location is unprofessional and UPS corporate is also a nightmare. This manager also had the nerve to try and upcharge me $70 more I assume because of my Yelp review he saw luckily I had changed my card so they never got it! If you care about your items getting to where they need to go, use a different UPS or USPS, never had an issue with them!

My sincerest apologies!!! Changed rating after a call from T-mobile manger today. T-mobile lied, and tried to blame UPS store for not sending my package. Charges were removed but now T-mobile states an empty box was recieved, I am sure it is another lie and has nothing to do with this store. A VERY nice and helpful lady assisted me today on the phone, but the younger girl theat answered and I  believe the same I spoke to yesterday, needs extra training or to ask for assistance if she is unsure of something. I was told by her yesterday that UPS doesn't scan boxes already labeled.

Wonderful young lady at the front helped me with my Amazon return I was not aware of the customer packed policy she managed to explain what their policy was for future reference took care of me and I was on my way I was pleased with her great customer service

I ship A LOT of packages here around 50-100 a month, all several feet long, and the staff is always very accommodating and pleasant to interact with. I'm so happy to have them as my local branch!

I needed to send a complicated package to a friend and needed a box and some assistance.  Nery and the staff at the 960 N. Tustin St. store in Orange, CA were so helpful and genuinely friendly.   Nery knew just what to do and how to best do it.  She made a difficult task so easy for me.  Thank you ladies for your kind assistance.

This is one of my favorite UPS locations. I tend to ship out a lot of items and the staff here is very helpful. Thank you to Jessica for helping me out with some packages!

I have had a box at this location for several years and I was transferred here because another UPS Store where I was at suddenly closed and changed ownership. I have been with the UPS Store 15 years and I realized that my box had lapsed and I hadn't been here the UPS store for a couple of months but I called in just two days ago and asked them to hold my box for me since the gentleman on the phone told me it was still available. This was the manager of the store who now I'm feeling is not such a gentleman because he did not Note my account and did not hold my box for me. That's no way to manage a store. That manager was always kind of a douche and doesn't provide the friendliest service either. There were girls that worked here before that were way more friendly.
