Terrible experience. I will not be returning. I went in to mail 8 boxes to people for my baby shower. The boxes had fragile items in them. The items were wrapped very securely and the boxes were labeled “fragile.” All the boxes I shipped from this store arrived broken. I shipped one from USPS to Florida in the same condition and it arrived unbroken.  Additionally, the attitude of the staff was abysmal. Constant huffing about having to process the packages. One of the packages, he typed in the wrong city despite it being written correctly on the package and he got angry with me when I asked him to correct it. When another customer said “its Christmas season again” referring to it being busy in there, and the employee said “Yes, unfortunately.” Lastly, they wanted to charge me $88 to send my $25 box to Florida. They got mad at me when I said that seems high. I went to USPS and it was $17 to ship the same box.  I have worked in customer service for years and understand how it feels, and this was definitely unacceptable. USPS is better priced and your items will get there in one piece.

Don’t try to ship anything big or heavy! They will do everything they can to up-charge you into paying for packing materials and “packing fees” if the item is in boxes other than the boxes the store sells. The employees were cool but the manager is the absolute worst. She came to the front and when she was done the price of my shipment went from $200 to $357 for the same exact item, and they wouldn’t even cover it for damages. I had an epidural in my spine that morning and she watched as she made me tape the boxes to her standards. And after that she still wouldn’t cover it for damages! Go to a different store if you care about protecting your items.

I stopped by to return a laptop from 7-11 Corporate , and I was immediately told that their system did not allow such returns. I gave them a sheet with instructions to complete the and they had to call the help desk to assist them completing the transaction. I did not mind waiting,  but very disappointed that they were very unknowlwdgeable,  and all three employees present did not know how to look a corporate account, and use their system to send something back, and charge a corporate account.  Yes, I would definitely go somewhere else next time. I did not recognize anyone that worked at the store, as it may be under new ownership.

Worst service ever.  I have been here to ship items several times and every time I have been encountered by rude customer service.  I wasn't the only one treated with disrespect, there was an elderly woman who came in, and it was clear that she did not know the process of how to do the returns, which is understandable - but the way the UPS staff received her was just blatantly rude.  They were speaking to her as if she was just supposed to magically know the process.  I don't know why everyone here is so miserable.  I hate going here, but have to when amazon returns are through ups only.

I visited the UPS store on Cochran in Simi Valley recently and was waited on by a young gentleman named Caleb.  He was wonderful!  Polite, helpful and great customer service!  So refreshing to encounter such a great employee.  My mood was bad when I entered the store and was completely turned around by the time I left!  Caleb is a great asset to this store and  to UPS! I love this store ! The employees are always so helpful and pleasant, Karina the Notary helped with my legal documents and took a lot of pride in her job to make sure all documents were signed and in order, a true professional. Linda assisted and was very helpful and they were so pleasant to work with!

Just went to this ups store and the girl was absolutely the rudest person ever. Wanted to charge 2.00 to tape my box, yet the girl on the other counter gladly taped the guys box closed. Rude employees

Literally spent 56 seconds in the store. Came in, 2 lines busy, a friendly young woman saw me and called me to her register, print, package, pay, and sent me on my way. Very nice and friendly experience!

Went to this store today Saturday I literally watched these two get people in and out and was very friendly and so patient with every single person Ryan and Shacoya were both amazing and give really good customer service best ups store in Simi valley

Hope I’m spelling it right Shacoya she was so patient and amazing helping me ship some stuff thank you again :
