It wasn't a good review that first brought me into this UPS store a couple years ago; it was a convenient location - - and during my first visit I was very impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. Later that month, I brought in a return item purchased on-line. The team told me that the particular return item needed to mailed at the US Post Office, but they still gave me advice and helped me pack the item while I was there! These guys are truly amazing. I use this UPS Store about twice a month now and always experience the same - - A high quality and exceptionally helpful UPS team. My sincere thanks to Store Manager Jeremy Schwartz and his team.
I’ve been to countless UPS stores, and this location is by far the best! Quick quick quick! No matter how many packages I bring in there, I’m always out within just a few minutes. The sense of urgency the entire team has is so refreshing. I’ve been to other UPS stores that moved so slowly I had to leave. The owner at this location is so professional and accommodating. So is his whole team. A UPS store I can fully trust. Thanks guys!!
I had to drop off a package at UPS for an Amazon return, and after looking on Google Maps and reading reviews this looked like the best UPS store in the area. All the other 5 star reviews were accurate. There's short term parking right in front, and the guys who work here are super friendly, nice, efficient and helpful. Definitely better than the other UPS stores I've been to
They always close the shop early! Arrived at 6:15 to drop off a prepaid package and the staff just looked at me, ignored me and wouldn’t let me in, but they close at 6:30. Not the only person that has dealt with this and I’ve even seen them close the shop by 6pm on days they are supposed to be open until 6:30
This place is great! I love supporting small local businesses in my community. The owner operator is super helpful and super friendly it will go out of his way to help you with anything he can. Oh yeah, the right next door to our local CVS Pharmacy
This is the best store to use. Needed to ship an engagement ring and they did absolutely everything to make me feel comfortable about it. The guy who helped me knew everything about the best way to ship it safely. This store is definitely the best one in the area.
**GREAT customer service!!** Jeremy is the new owner of this new store, and he provides awesome help and convenience. There is ample parking in front of the CVS store, and his hours of UPS pickup exceed the standard drop off of 4 pm. I was impressed by his ability to quickly help with postage rates and for those who ship occasionally, or more frequently I'm an Ebayer!!, this location and hours are great! Also offers printing and other service needs as well!!! Please support this local business!!!
The best UPS Store ever. You can park in the front and drop off your Amazon return and be done in like less than two minutes sometimes. The staff is friendly and they go out of the way to get you in and out which I appreciate, because I'm a man on the move and got place to get to.
I dropped off packages there a few times and the guys behind the counter are always very nice. They greet you when you walk in the door and always are just really nice. I feel bad that I only have stuff to drop off, but I would definitely use this location should I need any other services they offer.
The owner and his team provide excellent, fast and efficient personalized service. This is a very well run shop, and I've stopped going to other nearby UPS Stores.
