Such a helpful and friendly group of employees! I was on the struggle bus with a passport renewal and they went so far above and beyond helping me get the photos and paperwork together. They were patient, kind, and pleasant the whole time. I’ll make this my regular UPS store from now on!
Went in on 5/3/23 around 530 pm. I was trying to ship a package out on behalf of my wife's restaurant. The two women working there were so rude and unprofessional, I was shocked. Before I was even helped one of the ladies was screaming saying she was going to quit for some reason. The whole store could hear...so embarrassing. She then stormed over to me to help me and completely ignored what I was trying to do and rudely attempted to take down my personal info after I said I needed it shipped on behalf of my wife's restaurant. She became really aggressive and angry when I asked why she couldn't take their info down instead of mine. After a few back and forth exchanges, and me expressing none of this made sense, she finally said it was against company policy and that she should've taken my ID and filled it out my information that way but was choosing not to. Not only was she going against company policy, but she should've just said that from the start and saved everyone time and headache... Horrible customer service. I've used this location for years and it's never been good. Do yourself a favor and ship from home/with someone else.
The positive reviews are spot on. My interactions in this store have been nothing but enjoyable. So many kind people. One person is Jennifer I believe and a couple of other young women are newer. Also, one man with a baseball cap turned backwards and wears glasses maybe he’s a manager, owner, or both was very helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t always think to get people’s names, but I want to recognize everyone‘s helpfulness and how great this location is. I’m sure I’ll be in again.
FANTASTIC experience here every time I've used them. They are very kind in person, very responsive over email, very fair pricing. As a teacher and coach I need to go there regularly to get supplies and they always make it such an easy process. Also very knowledgeable.
Jennifer was outstanding! She carefully prepared and wrapped my framed artwork for shipment. UPS is fortunate to have people like Jennifer representing the company every day. Unfortunately, the shipment arrived damaged . I wish there were people like Jennifer who took more pride and care in the job.
Outstanding customer service, I believe the associate's name is Jose. He is Filipino He is ALWAYS in the best mood and is extremely helpful and PATIENT.
I can say that it is the fastest and systematic ups I have ever seen. I've been leaving my ups boxes here for about a few months and they are always helpful. The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is because the women employees were rude today and before. They're trying to be fast, I can understand that but they interrupt me when I ask something or they are rude perhaps unknowingly to be quick.
Two big problems: 1 I made an appointment, and the notary left anyway over 3 hrs before closing. So what's the point of having an appointment system if you're just going to ignore it and go home whenever you feel like it? Leaving @ 2:30 when appointment times go through to closing at 5:30-6:00 is ridiculous. 2 So I called after getting that voice-mail that the notary left the call came about 20 min before the appointment, aka I'm already on my way, and despite the message specifically stating "every employee is a licensed notary public"... surprise, not true. I called, two employees were there no supervisor there either, obviously, because why not, and neither are licensed. UPS, come on. Now I have to make a new appointment and then follow up to make sure somebody will actually read the schedule and not leave three hours early and am still expected to pay the full amount even though they're creating inconvenience for a service that, let's be honest, basically consists of someone watching you sign a piece of paper. And we're powerless to hold anyone accountable.
Been going here since it opened, and everytime I come in everyone is very helpful very friendly! I'm very lucky to have them in my neighborhood because I use them all the time for shippings and returns.
This store has the greatest staff. They have great customer service. They're always helpful.
