I don’t know why all the negative reviews. I just went there this morning and everything was great. I was returning a dehumidifier so it was a  pretty good sized package. I had the box it was in adequately taped and showed them my QR code for them to print up a label. In and out in 5 minutes. Great friendly staff!!

I arranged a TV with a remote and they insisted that their staff would package the items...  The reason why I prefer to do it myself is exactly what I experienced during my vaca  mid-July to mid-August in this region...  My remote must have fallen and their unconscious existence did not pick up the remote, notice that it fell, and/or ignored that it had fallen out of the tape surrounding the TV...  Now I have a Smart TV for the first time as a gift for me, yet, there is no remote...  The low scores for reviews is the obvious reality of this business and I am disappointed since I truly respect their culture and had personal ties with their culture in the past...  I expect diligent perfection especially when I am paying for it...  Shall I need to dispute the financial transaction?  For poor, inefficient work...  UPDATE: I contacted the number provided and after a week no response...  I am using some cheap universal remote and it is off sometimes with inefficient chip manufacturering.  This location should be avoided.

Will NEVER go back to this ups store again! Woman was so rude, was of no help and had 0 personality! I left frustrated by her and drove 50 minutes out of my way to another ups store that I knew had excellent customer service. I will never go back to the Canton Massachusetts store. I’ll go an extra 1.5 miles out of my way from home just to get the excellent customer service the Franklin Massachusetts store has. No wonder the Canton store only has 2.3 stars.

Wanted to send back an Amazon return. Was told I could take it back to a UPS location and they’d handle the return.  I already had the item packaged up, but did not yet print a shipping label.  I asked at the UPS store for a label - and they said I could print it from their computer, for a charge of $4 plus a $20 hold on my credit card this was to “rent” the computer for 5 mins to print my label, that’s how much they charge.  I already thought that was insane, so I went elsewhere to print the label.  I come back a few mins later with the label and box ready to ship.  But I needed a couple pieces of tape to hold it down.  I kid you not - they tell me now that they also charge $3 for tape!  I’m talking about 2 pieces of tape, nothing excessive.  She’s got a whole roll of it in her hand.  The lady decided to “waive” the charge as she was being “nice” due to me not knowing.  That’s the only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars instead of 1 star.  What an absolute scam! Would’ve cost me $7 at this UPS store just to print a label and attach it to the already prepared and sealed box. That is disgusting practice and taking advantage of people to charge those prices . Would NOT recommend this store.

They were very helpful packing items for my cousin to ship to Canada. More expensive than expected but that isn’t the store’s fault apparently. My cousin says it’s that even within Canada shipping fees are ridiculous.

We have two rugs 3 feet after rolling and packing with plastic from amazon which we wanted to return. Amazon made it UPS pickup. Great! The next day, there was no bell on our door, but we saw two UPS return labels. We thought to return those two rugs to this UPS store ourselves with those labels.  When we went there, the manager came and said that these need special packing and suggested us to keep the rugs because it would cost more to pack it than the rugs! Wait! do you know the price of the rugs? I did not ask it though. I was wondering how much it would cost to pack. They said $20. I was like what!! I returned countless of rugs through the Kohls amazon return service. They never asked us to pack . Nor they charged to pack. When I said that the manager said "Go to Kohls! Why are you here!" . Can you imagine? I came back without returning  I am going to contact amazon about this misbehavior. I hope amazon talks to them to be polite

This store is under new management. Been fantastic in the two times I was there, both times when it was very busy. I've shipped from many suburban Boston locations over the years, and these guys do it right.

I saw all of the negative reviews and just wanted to say that since new management took over it has vastly improved. I've had 2 excellent experiences since then.

I went here today to do an Amazon return. Amazon emailed me a form to print out a shipping label and told me to go to the UPS store where they could print it for me. It turned out that Amazon gave me the wrong information and it actually would have cost me money to use the UPS computer to print the label. The lady at the UPS store was very nice and really helpful. She told me that Amazon could send me a QR code instead that she could scan and make the return free of charge and hassle free. So I called Amazon and had the QR code sent. I returned to the UPS store where the same lady took care of everything from there. I left the store with a tracking receipt and was very pleased with the service at this store. Amazon has already issued my refund on the same day. Thank you to the woman that helped me today at this UPS store!

Terrible, condescending service- brought an Amazon package to be returned and was given rude service from employee and manager. Do not come back to this store.
