We were referred here by my mom, who has purchased a few mattresses here in the past and is very happy with them. Kevin assisted us and was incredibly knowledgable and patient with us and all our questions. He is truly an industry expert and was able to educate us and help us pick the best mattress for us. The white glove delivery and removal was easy and quick to schedule, I actually was able to get the mattress delivered the day after we were notified of it being ready! So far the mattress is exactly what we had hoped for it's only been a week, and we are very happy customers! Thank you, Kevin, for all your help!
Our experience here made deciding on and purchasing a new mattress a positive experience! Kyle was very knowledgeable and patient, explaining in detail everything we needed to know to make a good decision. There was no pressure put on us to make a immediate decision or to purchase the most expensive product. We would highly recommend US Mattress in Plymouth if you’re looking for a new mattress!
Kyle Osborne was an absolute delight to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient & made my experience fun. He taught me so much about how to find a perfect mattress for my bad back. I didn’t know where to begin, so he took a lot of time going over many of the mattresses and all my questions. It was an eye opener to test them in person and I wouldn’t have found the most comfortable one if I hadn’t come into the store tonight..and how lucky was I to have Kyle there with his expertise! I had a completely different mattress picked out before I went in but am so very happy Kyle showed me how very different each one was for what I needed. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable about matresess and the whole process of both buying and different types. His knowledge helped us with what type of mattress I was looking for as well as the differences in brands and firmness. Also helped us get the best deal and shopped around other stores to help us best. As I had not shopped for mattresses for over 10 years, the process was extremely simple and quick. I haven’t received my mattress yet, but my sales person was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have a sever allergy to polyurethane. I’m excited to get my mattress. It’s a bit pricey, but hopefully worth every penny.
Upon walking in we were soon greeted by Kyle who was very friendly and professional. He was able to answer all of our questions relating to a mattress for our child. He gave us good insight as what to expect when deciding on which mattress would be the right choice. He was able to guide us on choosing the best pillow for my wife and I as well. He was polite and made our experience pleasant and enjoyable.
Kevin was fantastic! I almost bought the wrong mattress for us as the terms “firm” and “medium” mean different things for different manufacturers … we were also confused about the type of mattress to get “hybrid” … bottom line: we were lucky to get Kevin, he patiently walked us through our options and made sure we got the right product for our preferences at the best price. We will never buy a mattress from any place other than US Mattress! Thank you Kevin!
My fiancé and I did mattress shopping over black Friday weekend. Kevin was awesome to work with. I was super impressed with his attention to detail and great customer service. I would love to work with Kevin again in the future!
I called the 1-800 number from the JoyBed website to get more info about the JoyBed options. The sales rep that I spoke with, Kevin, could not have been more helpful. I bought our new bed from him that same day. I was truly very happy with the service I received.
