This review is about the delivery drivers. They are usually very quick and friendly. However, I watched the truck drive by our house at 6:15pm. I knew we had a package coming, but they never came into our driveway, just sped past. We had already plowed our driveway, our little car makes it in and out with 1 bad tire. Either the deliverer was feeling lazy, was scared to come in the driveway, or didn't have our package though the UPS website and Amazon said it was going to be delivered by 9pm. Disappointed, but hopefully they will deliver today. *not even 10 minutes after I posted this, the deliverer brought our package to our house with his own truck. They find a way! Thanks
Can't talk to anyone, the automated service "can't understand what I say", then it just hangs up. Can't talk to a human without it understanding my tracking number!
Went in awhile ago to send a package back, had money, cash version, but was refused service because they said they only take debit. What business refuses cash??? Two stars because as craptastic as UPS is, they're superior to fedex
I’ve been waiting for my 2 packages for over 2 weeks now. When I called the women told me the ups store in town isn’t open to help people. Still no sign of my packages and the weather is just fine.

I’ve noticed most of the reviews listed here are in regards to the local UPS delivery service and have nothing to do with the actual Minot UPS Store, which is a completely separate entity. With that said, I’ve rented a mailbox from this location for the last couple years or so and the customer service has always been great. Front desk staff are always friendly and attentive. Just wanted to post so that people are not persuaded by the many inaccuracies listed in a lot of these reviews.
I visited the UPS store the other evening to send out some Xmas gifts. The store was kind of busy so the person who waited on me got all the shipping info and I paid, and he set my items on a back table to be packed in a box later, once they slowed down with customers I guess. This worried me very much, as I had many small packages that were to be put in the box and I was afraid they might get mixed in with another order. I went out to my car, and then thought I’d better go back in and see if I could at least put them in a box since I knew they were very busy. I got in the back of the long line, but the man who waited on me saw me and asked if I had a question since I had come back in. I explained my worry, and offered to pack my gifts in a box my self, but he very kindly said not to worry and invited me over to watch him package my items. He never acted as though I was a problem for worrying, and never acted as though I was causing an inconvenience. He was so wonderful in his attitude and his willingness to ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction.
I've resided in North Dakota for a little over 5 years now and I've had major issues with USPS and FedEx opening my packages or not delivering them at all. However, I have seen exemplary service from UPS lately! The tracking app could be significantly updated but there has been no problem whatsoever with theft. Let me be the 1st. to say THANK YOU!! Keep up the bitchin' customer service and, as always, the steady ones will win the race.
I was going to ship packages here today, but the moment I walked in, I heard a woman yelling at her customer that she, "don't need to know all the details, just what's in the box" while not wearing her mask properly. I then saw another employee with her mask down below he nose and has a gentleman with a gaiter roll his eyes at the customer in front of him for not having taped up his box yet. I know it's the holidays, and it's busy, but this was gross.
There was a problem with the item that I ordered from Ebay, so the seller told me that UPS would pick up the package yesterday, I was home the entire day and UPS was a no show, @ 8:00pm last night I went to take out the trash and low and behold there was a pre-printed return label hanging on my door stating that they attempted to reach me, the driver never knocked on my door to retrieve the package, it wasn't snowing and the package is less than 5 lbs, the fact the label was already pre printed, tells me that UPS never had any attention of picking up the package. I called UPS last night, I was told that a driver would be out to pick up the package and that a supervisor would call me in the morning. Michelle from UPS called me this am and told me that I would have to drop the package off myself or if I see a UPS driver to give the package to them, UPS comes at all hours of the day and night, so I'm suppose to waste hours running around trying to find a UPS driver, further more, I don't have transportation, so dropping the package off at a UPS store is a big inconvenience. Michelle was absolutely no help to me at all, I guess the only reason she called was to document that she did a follow up. I contacted the seller and told him about the UPS shenanigans and within 5 minutes the seller refunded me my money and told me that I didn't have to return the item, thank God for decent people. They deleted my original post, I can see why this company only has 2 stars, they are totally dishonest, people like this think they're getting away with murder, but what goes around comes around!
