The Urban Spring \ A Water & Wellness Oasis provides its customers a boutique wellness experience with local, non-GMO (genetically modified organisms), organic specialty snacks and beverages; supplements; organic greens and protein powders; superfoods; locally made, hand-crafted skin care; and of course reverse osmosis and special alkaline water. There's a small reading area for customers to relax, enjoy their food and beverage purchase and peruse the wellness library (containing books on all areas of health, water and hydration, nutrition, and overall wellness.) In addition to selling health and specialty items, The Urban Spring is the place for educating the community; a place where local residents can attend free health and wellness lectures and workshops, and for teaching people how they can take control of their health and master it without confusion or complication.
In today’s world, our local water has become so contaminated with detrimental cleaning byproducts, heavy metals, chloride, fluoride, lead, hormones, pesticides, herbicides, and pharmaceutical drugs (statins, birth control synthetic hormones, blood pressure medications, antibiotics, etc.) just to name a few. The Urban Spring is passionate about people having access to professionally filtered water. The majority of at-home filters do not come close to removing all of the harmful contaminants that are present in the public water supply, and those that can come close cost more than the average family can afford.
