I got my wedding flowers done here. They appeared to be capable of helping me with my hopes, but not only could not give me the desired product, but gave me literally the only flower I specified I did not want. Afterwards, they were incredibly rude about payment, had not sent me any kind of itemized bill and asked where payment was, demanded payment for things that they previously said would not be a cost, and were simply rude. I was a customer here awhile ago and have debated posting about it since because I rarely make my poor experiences public. But I was very shocked by the poor service and product and want to try to warn anyone who is looking for fair quality product from making a potential mistake. It was over priced, they were unwilling to help create my aspirations for my wedding, and they were both rude and unprofessional in how they handled billing afterwards. Just a friendly warning.

By far the best shop, not only in Provo/Orem, but in the entire state!
