The staff are always helpful. They greet you at the door, and the checkout is a friendly experience. Make you feel like your dollar is appreciated, and they want you healthy. The products are better than GNC and many other competitors. There is a lot of holistic stuff as well as things for fitness . I can look for an hour and get educated by the staff on their products and what it does for you. Great people ,great store,great products. Oh, and I get emails for updated specials, and they are not annoying. Thumbs .
The staff here at this location didn’t seem to want to help me even though I pretty much knew what I needed and where it was located. I wasn’t greeted by the staff or updated on any sale or discounts but the gentleman who walked in after me was greeted and updated on new arrivals and sale. It’s crazy to me how people will treat you when they don’t think your going to by anything. And just for the record I spent almost $300 dollars in this store while my counterpart didn’t spend a “dime”.
The Vitamin Shoppe in Bowling green, Kentucky is so great. It has about everything a person could want to stay healthy and fit. I personally go there for the GFUEL. They always have a good selection and the store is superbly clean and tidy. The employees are amazing and knowledgeable

Knowledgeable, professional and friendly team. Typically has what I need in stock. Love ability to order in app and pick up at store when time is limited. Always finding something new to try when I browse the store. Organized well in store. Reward program is an added bonus.
I went in to get some weight reduction products. The older woman who came to help me was rude and not helpful at all . Even worse she answered the phone when she was supposedly trying to help me and walked away. I left as a result and definitely will not go back in there. I work in customer service myself and I would never have walked away from a customer. There were other people there working that I am sure could have taken the phone call or spoken to the person and let her stay helping me. Negative 5 stars would be a better rating.
I brought my mother in her when chair there to get something. The woman behind the counter came out to greet her and see if she needed any help. Went way over and beyond with customer service if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. The young lady that helped me has done her own research and helped me make a sound decision on products. Ask anything and they have an answer, and if they don't then they will look it up and find the answer with you.
