This is the first time I am buying a car and the experience was very good with The Volvo Store Winter park and I want to specially thank Nelson for all the help and the information that he had provided before buying the car and also during the process of owning one. He had been very patient and very quick in response if I have a question regarding the vehicle or the process. I had gone to different car stores earlier to have a test drive with them but the way The Volvo Store had welcomed us and gave us all the info is very overwhelming. Once again I would like to thank Nelson for being patient and making the car buying experience a very easy and beautiful one.
Thank you Michelle for your patience! I came to the dealership 3 times and Michelle was so kind and didn’t pressure me at all into buying a car. I had lots of questions via text and she answered all of them. We worked a deal over the phone and when I arrived , I was offered a better deal. Everyone at the dealership was so kind. Yummy cookies and very Swedish vibes. I highly recommend Michelle as she helped me from beginning to end. She even drove with me to my house to help drive my new car to my house.
This was the first time I bought a new car off the lot.. I’m glad I did it here. Michelle was awesome… good person. Didn’t feel like I was a quick buck or a piece of revenue for a salesman to make a sale. Everyone was professional. They made this happen for me! Didn’t think it would happen with my credit..but it did..
Me and my wife walked in with a scheduled appointment to test drive but ended up loving their service and quality we bought our car that same hour. Having been a Toyota and Honda owners for decades, we were tired of both brands and made the purchase of our first EV at Tesla. However we quickly realized their goal is to sell volume and the service is almost close to nothing. We once did get a bottle of water between the both of us one time. Walking into The Volvo Store at Winter Park we were immediately greeted and welcomed by our sales agent Michelle. Everyone greeted us with a “Good Morning” and we were offered coffee, tea, water, snacks, etc. Upon our test drive we enjoyed the car and after figuring out options, she brought out the car we were looking for, still wrapped in its factory plastic and cloth. I inspected every inch of that car to find an excuse to keep our other appointments at Lexus, Land Rover, and Mercedes, but I couldn’t. After working out numbers, Michelle said we can take that same one home in one hour, to which we shook hands and the deal was done. We came in out of curiosity never having owned a Volvo, only renting one several years prior, and walked away with exactly what we were looking for in a car. We thank everyone there that helped us with the purchase and we are now happy customers. Quality, Service, Safety.
Manuel Zurita is an extraordinary salesperson, very professional and he got me a great deal on my trade-in. The Volvo store and sales team exceeded my expectations for price, delivery time and customer service! I love my new Volvo car.
The unfortunate part of reviews is, that most people only sit down to write one when they have had a bad experience- that is not the case here. First, I want to say that just because The Volvo Store in Winter Park is the only Volvo game in town Orlando area does not mean the staff here doesn’t give you their best effort. Our rep , David, who is the Sales/Finance Manager gave us the VIP treatment. Admittedly, we are not the easiest people to deal with when it comes to car shopping. We ask tons of questions, push the rep to decrease the price lower and lower until most car reps give up hours later from exhaustion. David, was the most knowledgeable, professional, personable person we’ve ever dealt with at a car dealership. Kudos, David. With David’s help we became the proud owners of a new 2022 XC60. It had everything we wanted and more at the perfect price! Thank you David, and The Volvo Store- you know what customer service is all about! Just purchased our first Volvo, the XC90 and couldn’t be happier! When we first walk into The Volvo Store Michelle took amazing care of us. She was full of information, not pressuring us, and answering all of our questions promptly and with confidence. From beginning to end it was a great experience, and in the process we feel like we made a new friend!
12/1/2022 Today, Michelle and Ian warmly greeted me when I arrived to pick up my new Volvo . They treated me like family. I am truly blessed to have had them to assist Me with the order and delivery. Their kindness and accommodating my request for a red vehicle are greatly appreciated. This is the best experience I had in the 30 years of buying a car. To God be the glory! Michelle and Ian are exceptional.They were pleasant, personable, courteous, and accommodating. I believe that God chose them to assist me with the process of choosing a vehicle . The service of both of them, gave me an Extraordinary experience unlike any other that I have had in the 20+ years of being a customer at the Winter Park Volvo store.
