We help you see that your nutrition, physical activity level and emotional state are all connected to make a shift in your life you may be searching for. Wither it's to have less stress, enjoy your life more, see more happiness in your current situations or transform your physical body, everything we offer here helps target any of those situations. We do that by focusing on three elements; what we do with the body, what we put in to our body, and how we think about our bodies and our life.
Get as much or as little as you are willing to commit. All it takes is your time, doesn't even take that much effort.
And what makes it even better????? We do all this in a non pressure, non intimidating environment. We are genuinely happy to see you. We don't care what you wear. We don't care what you look like. We don't need to know your "experience level" for this is for everyone. We are casual in our environment. It's definitely not your typical yoga environment but it is a traditional one. A tradition that makes it accessible to all. A tradition which strives to have people want to come back because it made them feel good. A tradition that suites the young and mature. A tradition that provides an alternative and natural way for people to feel good about themselves and connect with everything that is YOU.
You may not even want or expect all of this to happen. You may just like the heat and to sweat and that is so perfect.
