At The Way Martial Arts we focus on the “way” of life aspect of the martial arts. It’s not just how you train or how fast you can kick or punch or how many people you can thump at one time. It’s about how you live your life each day, making it better for others and achieving your goals.
Our goal is to empower and equip the people of Indianapolis with life skills. We are fighting bullying, domestic violence, and obesity with our programs geared towards self-defense, confidence, and getting a fun workout!
