I am a new business owner and I was looking for a specialty policy with no knowledge of how it worked. Rachel went above and beyond with helping me and educating me with what I needed. Even after she knew I would need to find another Agency to help me, she was still willing to walk me through what I needed to do. I highly recommend Wayne Agency and I am very grateful for all their help.

Honestly the worst agency I've ever experienced. Incompetent. Wayne Agency submitted my policy to Erie Insurance with the incorrect address. They would not correct the error. I had to call Erie personally, and have Erie tell Wayne Agency to cancel the policy and take it out of their system so I could go to another insurance agent. They were instructed to do so 8/16. 28 days later I received a call from Wayne Agency telling me I still hadn't signed documents, to a policy I never had, that was still in Wayne Agency's computer. When I called back to inquire, Sarah was impolite, and even rude, continually talking over me so I couldn't speak or get a word in. Again, simply incompetent. And unprofessional.
