I loved visiting The Well because it's a very calm store and it's a small business so not many people are inside all the time, every thing they have inside is organic and healthy. I can't wait to go back to The Well on another day. I found that chicken hilarious
Lots of health items here for virtually any common ailments. Supplements, food, spices and many other items as well as some fresh items and honey. Toiletries are also present and have good selection for dental hygiene.
I stop in regularly to pick up lentils and Brussels sprouts : but they have so many other things I love, as well. I especially like the dark chocolate covered coconut bites! The staff are very knowledgeable about foods, supplements, and more ... so remember to ask questions. Grateful to have them in downtown Bedford!!
The Well was a great find. Thanks to the locals for sharing with us. Found certain balms which have been helpful for skin reactions & headaches. Found some gluten free, vegan food options that we can't wait to try. And, some lavender goat's milk soap...I can't wait to get back & find more treasures.
This was my first visit to this location, and I was pleased with the product selection. They have a large selection of bulk spices/seasonings as well as bulk tea essential oils and other things that one would expect from such a store. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I'll definitely be going back to stock up on a few bulk items.
They seem to have changed hands and revamped the store. They no longer carry several items I used to purchase there, specifically I asked about having them ordered, they have said they would but they don't/haven't they cut way down on the bulk/loose items they carried. The prices have gone up. A great number of products can be purchased at Kroger, fresher and cheaper. I was so disappointed that I will not make the effort or expenditure to go here again. I can find the actual items I want and use, cheaper online and at the local grocery store.
Wonderfully helpful staff! For a small health food store they are well stocked and are willing to try to get things they don't stock. Local kambucha is on tap. Lots of parking. Bulk items available as well as commercially packaged foods. Locally raised organic veggies, meats and cheeses available and artisan products as well.
Always a delight shopping at the well! Knowledgeable people and great quality! Love to shop local if possible! My daughter loves their bamboo toothbrush and hubby loves their kombucha!
Don't ask about the CBD oil pamphlet. Unless you want to be admonished by the clerk about how it DOESN'T contain THC. Like, we knew that... **perhaps something for the clerks to remember is tone of voice when preemptively offering information the customer didn't ask for. Otherwise, one stop shopping for all things organic~
The Well seems to be the only health food store in town. There are a variety of quality products including desirable nuts and seeds. Always expect a warm welcome.
