Founded by Bryan-Keyth Wilson, The Wilson School of Acting & Musical Theatre offers a conservatory program with extensive curriculum tailored for the student who wants rigorous training in voice, acting and dance. The school’s mission is to train each student and nurture the creative spark that has been ignited. Each student will master essential techniques in acting, singing and dancing. Our philosophy is that if you teach, they will learn. We will teach the necessary tools to empower each student not only in theatre/musical theatre but to be leaders and people who will change the world in the years to come.
The Wilson School offers professional training to performers here in the Houston area. We believe that you can get quality training implemented in New York studios right here in the Bayou City. We offer an in-depth training process with instruction in visceral echo, critical pedagogy of the acting/vocal instrument and spatial presence all while integrating the concepts of voice, speech and movement; this is what we call The Wilson Method™.
