The experience has been great since we moved in here . Leasing process has been a breeze. I worked with Dana and she was amazing, she is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend her if you are looking for an apartment. Apartment is very well maintained, renovated and clean. Managment staff is very helpful. If you need help with any maintenance Mike is your guy. Whenever we need help Mike and his team are always there to help us.He even helped us assemble our dining table.
Perfect place to live in. Staff is too good and attentive. Very professional people and nice community around. #Dana and #Yolanda are so helpful and really great, they helped us a lot since day 1, time to time. #Mike and #Oscar are awesome from Maintenance Team, Very skillful and professional. They can literally fix anything and in no time. We are loving in here.
I have lived in this building since September 2016. I have seen it completely fall apart under the previous Home Owners Association s. This place is now respectable again because of the new ownership. Mike Courtney is an amazing maintenance guy. Always friendly and courteous. I can't say enough great things about Mike. Edit 1: I also would like to add that Israel was very responsive when I called maintenance. It turned out being a residential issue with a running toilet, but he responded quickly. I appreciate everyone's work in this building since the switch to renting. I see improvement everyday. And much more friendly than past administrations. Especially you Joshua.
When we moved in they told us parking is free. No charge for parking. Right after we sign the contract they told us parking is $35 for one car monthly. We had a problem with New general manager Mexican old lady. She was rude and not professional at all. She was screaming us saying give your parking sticker back. She was like if you not get parking space. U need to park your car in streets parking. state will give you ticket.you can’t park street either. So you need parking space “pay 35$ for monthly.” 35$ for monthly for only one car parking space ???? Which is $35x12 months =420$ extra for ONLY one car parking space.i told her we can’t pay parking space for $35 for only one car every month. If you guys told us before we sign contract. We will never move in this place. I told her in our contract there is no parking fee at all. if there was we will never sign lease She was yelling us “in your lease there is not said parking is free. “ I was like your worker told us parking is free. She was like there was misunderstanding. OMG I was “ You may misunderstand with worker but I did not misunderstand at all. “ I don’t think she does not know her a job at all. I’M NOT HAPPY WITH HER AT ALL. NEW general manager she was very rude and she is ugly inside&outside. If you want park for your car in garage they will charge you $100 for monthly. You seen all the 5 starts when was Diana there. But Diana not working there anymore. Don’t waste your time.
This place was great in the beginning. I have lived here for 3 years. NOW!!!!!! New management company has taken over, and NOW Ms. Yolanda told me that if I don't quality, I got to go. My apt. Is one of the oldest apartments in this building, and she told me 1400.00 plus utilities, plus parking. Plus now I have to make three3 times the rent or I have to go. PERIOD.
Giving 5 stars specifically for the maintenance crew and staff, Mike, Oscar, Israel and Josh thanks for all your help! They were always super helpful and extremely kind. The building has it's problems but these guys always took care of things promptly.
Mike, you are the man. Thank you for staying in my unit until 9pm hanging the closet for us so that we can unpack our room. The maintenance team here at 21 Kristin are beyond helpful, Mike is the man everyone should good to with how above and beyond he is willing to go. Thank you for your patience with us, we greatly appreciate you. If anyone needs anything Mike and Dana are the people to go to here!
DanaProfessional, Informative,Helpful,Caring 5stars She's the superstar in that office! I called back because I was getting the run around & attitude from the management staff about my app fees. She was empathic with the situation went above and beyond to make sure I was made whole.. She needs to be your property manager & deserves to be recognized AlexisProfessional,attentive, & courteous 5 stars JoshCondescending, passive aggressive & non helpful 0 star did nothing to accomodate me & gave me a extremely hard time about getting my app fees refunded told me 30 to 45 days was their refund policy which is ridiculous. I had to call corporate to get them to expedite my funds. Overall I give the office a 3 and only because you have super folks like Dana & Alexis there
very poor maintenance service, before I moved in bath shower was not working, they took showerhead out and still the parts of the showerhead is on the floor, after follow up 10 times no response, they gave me upgrade apartment's by saying it has new flooring and all, when i shifted floor was coming out and creating lot's of sound they will give fake offer on the website, please beware of the reviews it is before this apartment take over to bayshore properties. Pool will be open for few months3 months.
5 stars for response to maintenance requests. Mike, Israel and Ernest were superfast in responding and worked their magic to fix heater-furnace issue, broken door assembly and loose kitchen faucet, all within the day... Thank you very much guys and Bayshore !
