The gym is very well equipped for weights and the staff is meticulous in keeping the gym clean.  The only thing keeping me from giving a better rating is the sorry state of cardio equipment.  Of the roughly 20 treadmills, there are only a handful that have a functioning incline feature.  Of the 4 stair masters, only 1 or 2 are ever working.  The membership fees are quite reasonable the hours are amazing, and my guess is the profit margins are thin making expensive repairs difficult.  As a business owner I sympathize.  Hopefully things will change soon.  I love the gym otherwise.

BEST HOME GYM EVER  I’ve had 10 home gyms in my life. This one is #1 without a doubt.  - Clean and smells fine - Fantastic quality machines and workout selection - good space and private rooms - Sauna and showers with towels - Never too busy, even at 5pm - Good clientele

clean and plenty of equipment! friendly, knowledgeable staff, and awesome membership perks. Madeleine from Redwood was super helpful and gave me great tips about nutrition and got me set up with a personal trainer!

Redwood Trainer Madeleine and her redwood team have been wonderful with making goals happen. The break down that madeleine does was very easy to understand and her team make sure the goals are achievable. The gym is nice and clean.

I love this place. Everything I need except a nautilus pullover machine. But those are hard to find anywhere nowadays. I have heard the new ownership is planning to add a crossfit-style area to the footprint. I am looking forward to that. They have a sauna and a tanning booth. I heard this will switch from light to spray soon. Looking forward to all the changes....if true

Favorite gym ever!! Always clean & staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. Great equipment and classes. Been going here since they opened and this gym has consistently been the best.

I have not joined this gym yet, but I called for information and wasn't able to get anyone on the phone. However, I did receive a follow up text about my inquiry and was able to get my questions answered that way.

Omg the best Gym , super clean the girl at the front desk, she help me so much . The bathrooms are perfect , not crowed super friendly

Clean, affordable, friendly staff, gym is never busy and packed. I suggest the smoothie bar open earlier in the morning for the early birds gym junkies. I think 7am-1pm then 3pm-5pm for the after work groups.
