Growing up in different cultures and both obsessed with food, Sam and Wenter are both constantly exposed to different ethnic foods and flavor profiles. We wanted the foods to reflect this upbringing and crossing of cultures.
Third Culture Bakery creates beautiful pastries and foods that reflect our upbringing from different cultures; weaving together eastern flavor profiles paired with French-inspired training to disrupt the pastry world.
