Third Eye Insight™ is a Physical Fitness Program for the Blind and Visually Impaired held at L.I. Ninjutsu Center in West Islip NY. Classes include: Martial Arts/Self Defense, Yoga instruction, Meditation, & more.
Third Eye Insight™ (TEI) a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization is the first of its kind on Long Island to offer physical fitness programs for blind and visually impaired individuals consisting of martial arts/self defense/fitness, yoga and meditation classes designed to develop self-esteem, confidence, independence and a “can do” spirit to achieve goals, and to meet life’s challenges head on. TEI offers an adaptive fitness program where all classes are tailored to student’s ability levels. Our other recreational activities include archery, horseback riding, kayaking, skiing, tandem bike riding, swimming and much more.
