Very reasonably priced and very professional. Response to my request was timely. Anywhere else I tried took several days to respond.
I have had the pleasure to work with Margret Regan who is a driver for this company. The driver let out a 10 year old on a busy road, and in a snow storm and allowed him to walk home. The driver would yell at the three children that she was transporting everyday. She would pick favorites. The driver also was rude and disrespectfully even to adults. The driver yelled at the kids for clearing their throats in the car. The children where not allowed to communicate. It took three calls to get in touch with her manager to let him know about the driver and what she has done. The SAU60 school district has hired this company and her to transport child, who she has never worked with children with behavioral problems.
This company was very accommodating for me and was able to get me a VERY last minute ride to the airport so that I could make my flight! My driver was safe, kind, and a pleasure to chat with on the long drive.
This Company has been AMAZING. My son is transported to and from school by this company and they have been great. I would like to especially point out Les. Les is Justin's driver 99% of the time. He has been so amazing to my son and he LOVES to have Les at his driver. Could not ask for a better transport company and a better driver for my child. Thank you and thank you LES!!!!!!!!!
They bring my son back and forth from school. He’s 10 and says the driver makes him sick to his stomach how rude and nasty she is. Today during a snow storm on a main rd my son so upset gets out and starts walking main road, snow storm she did nothing left him and drove on Wow Her name is Meg
Worst experience! I just tried to get shuttle information back and forth from Keene airport to Logan airport in Boston for my mother for this weekend. They don’t actually want you using their cheaper shuttle service for $85 and want to force you to pay for a private car one way for $249. The person via email was rude and inconsiderate! They clearly just want to get as much money out of people instead of helping you get to and from the airport. Especially when my grandmother just passed away last night and we are trying to book all of this short notice. I will never use this service or refer them to anyone! Horrible customer service
On June 19th @ 10:46pm I signed on to Thomas Transportation's site. My daughter was flying into JFK Airport on June 21st at 5am. When filling out the request for quote in error I wrote that it I was requesting a quote for June 20th. The site says 24 hour service. I received an email reply the next morning mid-day. no concerns with that and the comment sent to me was: And I have copy and pasted it: You seriously have an arrival TOMORROW morning at 6:50 at JFK? This is what was emailed to me. No introducing themselves, or what they are about, no polite welcome. Just that one sentence. I replied with: I apologize. For any misunderstanding. I filled it out late at night. Your site says you are open 24hours. There response to that via email was: Good Morning, Yes we are open 24 hrs, but reservations to be guaranteed are a 48hr notice, We can pick you up tomarrow at 5:50am we will need all flight info and credit card number as well as cell# the rate is $ 535.00 includes tolls and gratuity. I need to know ASAP to set up a driver. I did not respond to this email. Nothing welcoming about the interaction with this company. Nothing that made me feel comfortable or safe about having my daughter ride with them. If they lack the décor to be polite and welcoming in a simple email then what else would this relationship be like. I read the reviews before emailing them. And I took them with a grain of salt because I myself work in a customer service capacity and realize how things can go wrong and be difficult. But we had not even STARTED... ugh . I had a similar need to have one of my children needing transportation from Durham NH to Portland Maine, and the man who we worked with out of that area was TRULY EXCEPTIONAL. He was personal, cared about ensuring I felt safe with him looking out for my daughter, ,and called me personally several times to say she was safe and how he enjoyed visiting with her. This was also a very last minute, actually same day need. I did not email them back to give this information to them directly because I felt if they did not recognize the delivery of the content in the first email to a first time guest, then perhaps they would not recognize the need for change. Again, this is one person behind an email screen responding to me. I know nothing of the individual drivers or vehicles because the first point of contact failed the overall business. Maybe someone was having a bad day. We all do. I will offer the benefit of the doubt but not my business.
Long overdue review from our wedding in Vermont last year. Thomas was by far the most professional transportation company we spoke with during our planning process. Prompt and professional replies, extremely friendly and courteous drivers, just top notch and well run company all around.
We hired them to transport wedding guests between the hotel and the venue air the night. Very affordable and easy to do business with.
