I brought my kitty in because she was having a problem with her eye. The vet was extremely caring and attentive. She let me know I should have brought her in sooner her eye had been bothering her for a week or so, but not in a mean or condescending way. She is going to call in a few days to check up on her. She has a scratched cornea, which can be very serious. We left with eye drops and some medicine for her pain. I bring both of my cats here for checkups, shots, etc. I have never had a bad visit. Always good, and usually excellent.

Newport animal hospital has been excellent to work with. They can always fit my pup in for appointments easily and have been nothing short of top notch. My shih tzu puppy recently had his neuter surgery and some teeth pulled here and everything went smoothly. Open communication and no surprises. Prices are also very reasonable with this high quality of care. Highly recommend.

The vet tech and doctor were both very polite and helpful while in with my dog. Patient while I asked questions and were not in a hurry to get the appointment over. Gave suggestions on at home care and things to watch for as well!

Have used Animal Hospital of Newport Hills for some years now and have loved their service. They take the time with each of my furry family members and have wonderful follow-up after a procedure. The staff has also been incredibly compassionate when I’ve had to say good bye to one of my pets. They schedule well so I rarely wait long for my appointment. Prices I find are very competitive and fair.

This was our first visit to this clinic for my dog’s annual exam and a vaccination. Friendly staff and very patient doctor. We were finished within 30 minutes and got the heartworm test results the next day . Overall I was happy with our visit .

The staff here at Newport Hills is beyond incredible! My cat Coconut broke his leg, and they were able to ease my worries, take amazing care of him and best of all the cost was affordable. The receptionists and vet technicians were friendly and helpful! Dr. Aspen Davidoff was able to repair the fracture in just a few hours and her knowledge and expertise is unmatched. If you are considering bringing your pet here, do it! This was the best vet experience due to the staff's hard work, even though the situation at hand was stressful.

I’ve always enjoyed bringing my pups to this clinic. This last time, the appointment time was changed to an earlier time without the clinic calling to notify me directly. Luckily, I got there early so it wasn’t a problem. After the appointment, I went back and looked at the appointment reminders and noticed the time was 15 minutes earlier than we’d agreed at the appointment booking. I should have caught the time change but in my rush of day-to-day activities, I missed it. I would hope that in the future the clinic will provide the common courtesy of calling me directly to notify me of the change.

My dog is a rescue with a challenging personality. Newport Hills has been the first boarding provider that has been able to manage him. They are kind, professional and confident with their approach. We no longer worry when we are on vacation because we know he is in excellent hands!!

I had an amazing experience. The receptionist was caring and took the time to listen to my concerns as well as recorded details of my dogs health. Facility was very clean and well maintained, the doctor contacted me directly to inform me on the process of my dogs surgery.
