Vet and staff are super nice. Kept my pet calm through the whole experience and moved at his pace. He's very skittish and shuts down when he's scared so the fact that they moved slowly and went at his pace was just wonderful to see. The receptionist seems a bit burnt out but still super nice lady.
Has been my pets' hospital for 25 years. Dedicated, knowledgeable. Kind and supportive staff. When my adopted dog passed away from a tumor, they sent a beautiful flower arrangement.Clean, and now, have great COVID protocols in place. I would highly recommend. And so would my latest pet and those who preceded him.
Dr. Gary Schwartz is the absolute best and brightest with a professional no nonsense staff. They have been taking exceptional care of my two American akitas.
Its small and the staff gives the energy you give them, so be nice. They really care about animals, but they're office/ way of business is archaic and needs an upgrade.
We had a very good experience here. I brought my dog in for gastro issues and they tended to him perfectly. Everyone was so nice to CJ and me. He had to spend the night and they updated me regularly. They were also understanding when I didn’t want to have him stay an extra night. This is a great place to go for an emergency.
My dog loves going here. The staff and doctors are very friendly and accommodating to my dogs needs and my schedule
The vet and vet techs are incredibly compassionate and have taken great care of my dogs. The issues I have are one, there is a gentleman, Kevin in the front desk who is very rude every time I call or walk into their facility for whatever reason. So much so that I thought about finding another place to go to due to the need to interact with him every time. Second, it is very hard to get any sick appointments. The few times I have tried, it has taken a couple weeks to get in.
This office still requires patients to wear masks in 2023... pretty annoying virtue signaling and out of step. While the doctors and staff clearly care about animals, they are not very mindful of their owner's finances. The cost for service is very high with many procedures recommended that don't seem to be necessary. I paid over $2k in bills just for diagnostics on my old cat and then didn't have enough money left to pay for any procedures.
I would never take my dogs anywhere else. We’ve taken cats, fish, dogs there. They are professional, friendly, so helpful. They do an amazing job with teeth cleaning for dogs too. They really care about animals, and it shows in all they do. They’re like family
The staff is always friendly. Sung is very good with my cats. I've been bringing my cats there for 9 years now.
