I visited this office this week for my dental cleaning and I had the pleasure of having Doris as my dental hygienist. Three words TOP NOTCH SERVICE! My teeth feel amazing. I have been going to this dental office for over five years now and I always feel right at home. Everyone in this office is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable from the dentist to the staff and everyone in between. If you are seeking for a new dental office no need to look further.
Great dentist office. The Dr, hygienists and front staff were all very great. I love how they kept me informed and showed me all the information with my teeth and what was going on as well as my options. Will recommend to others due to the great experience I had. The cleaning was also well done and my teeth feel great.
My Dental Hygienist Doris is wonderful. Always kind, courteous and prompt. Perfect when I’m scheduling my dental cleanings around my busy weekly work schedule. I really enjoy the care and professionalism that I have received over the past 3 years from the team at Thornton Park Dental Arts.
As always, you're greeted with warmth and friendliness! My hygienist, A.R., is alway both professional and very friendly. Dr. Angulo is truly awesome! He is professional, friendly, and he offers options for treatments which have always work out great. I'm confident in his opinions. But watch out...he has a wicked/zany sense of humor!
I have not been to the dentist in 6 years and my first visit at this office was amazing! I felt very comfortable with everyone. Ana, the dental assistant was very friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Patel also addressed all of my concerns and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand what I needed. Will return!
This is the most efficient, professional, and friendly dentist office in Orlando. After some traumatic dentist experiences in my past, it was always a difficult visit filled with anxiety. Not the case in this office. Dr Angulo has the most recent technology and years of experience which is part of my reason for not trusting anyone else in my mouth! Excellent integrity and calm demeanor really help me trust him and his wonderful staff.
Ana and Dr. Patel were truly amazing. kind, compassionate and i felt like they truly cared about me not only as a patient, but a person. i never felt rushed and they addressed all my concerns thoroughly and with care. my dental fears are fading away after just my first visit
This place is amazing. The staff is professional and friendly. After not visiting there office for a couple of years, I was in a lot of pain due to a dental issue and Dr. Angulo was kind enough to call me in an antibiotic to get me through the weekend until he could see me on Monday morning. Which by the way, he fit me in so I wouldn't have to wait to be seen. He does amazing work and I would highly recommend him and this office.
The staff members are very professional and experts in their field. I’ve had all positive, stress-free experiences and am 100% satisfied with the service they provide. Thank you, Thornton Park for caring for my smile!
Front desk is argumentative and unprofessional the manager Leslie is of no help and agrees with the disrespect. I had a billing situation and the Lack of communication caused my insurance to not cover as it was submitted after the 90 days. Unfortunate situation as I have been going to this office for years and now they are making me pay the bill for something that was not my fault.
