The dental hygienist I had the pleasure of being treated by, Christi, displayed an incredible level of expertise and professionalism. Her extensive knowledge of dental hygiene, combined with her gentle touch and attention to detail, made for a truly exceptional experience. It was evident that she is not only highly skilled but also genuinely passionate about her profession.  Throughout the appointment, Christi took the time to educate me on proper oral hygiene techniques and provided valuable tips tailored to my specific needs. She patiently answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process. Her ability to communicate complex dental concepts in a clear and understandable manner was truly commendable.  One aspect that truly stood out during my visit was Christ’s genuine care and empathy. Her compassionate approach helped alleviate any anxiety I had, and I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. Dr. Thompson and her team are consummate professionals. They provide caring and compassionate service. I called this morning with a dental emergency. They were able to fit me in and relieve my pain. All was done with empathy and kindness. Thank you.

I hadn’t been to the dentist since the pandemic. Needless to say I had a lot going on, a cracked tooth that was causing me a lot of pain and several cavities. I got in on the same day I called. My cavities were filled and I received a referral for an endodontics to look at my cracked tooth. I do need to mention that I am terrified of needles but my experience was painless. The care that I received was priceless. I was made comfortable, and was made aware of what was going to happen each step of the way. I will recommend Dr. Thompson and her team to everyone! A trip to the dentist can be scary, so it's nice to be greeted by pleasant staff members. It makes me feel more at ease when my name is called to get in the dentist chair.  They provide you with dental education on how to care for your teeth to prevent and treat disease.  I like that you are seen right at your scheduled appointment time.

The ladies at Thousand Oaks dental are always so efficient, personable, and professional. I have been coming here for 5 years and have only positive things to say! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a forever dentist.
