Really nice people. They were very understanding and helpful about me not carrying health insurance. And Janell really took the time to listen. Which I think is hard to find in doctors these days. I can tell she sees me as a person. And not just another patient.
I love Kathy Hunter. She makes me feel so comfortable and so heard. Thank you for taking the time to care when I am feeling so miserable. I was able to get an appointment quickly when I told them what was going on. I love you all
Dr Milford and Heather are a healthcare dynamic duo! With distinctly different personalities, my kids and I have always felt cared for, comfortable, and heard. I have never felt rushed during an appointment or dismissed by pre-occupation with computer charting. Unfortunately, these two concerns have become synonymous with doctor appointments, in my experience. My husband sees Cathy Hunter, ; she too spends a great deal of time discussing things with him and takes his perspective into account while developing the plan of care together. Recently, my kids were seen by a newer provider at Three Oaks. Her name is lost on me at the moment; however, my kids aged 14 and 16 felt very comfortable with her. Her approach with both of the. was relaxed and professionally light-hearted which put everyone at ease, especially at the awkward Q&A times during an annual physical. I can’t recall a negative experience in the many years we have been with Three Oaks.
Doctor Milford is AWESOME. His staff that takes calls and sets appointments are TERRIBLE . EVERY time I try to get appointment they refuse me. They want to know all the details why I need the appointment. Patient confidential! They have hung up on me because I will not give them personal information about my need for appointments. This guy I talked to last. Hung up on me. The nurses gave me a call. Got the appointment I really needed. The guy called me back after my appointment and ask me to make that appointment we talked about a couple days ago. I just got done will my appointment. Dr. Milford is AWESOME!!
I really am comfortable at this office. The staff are extremely friendly and competent. I love our Doctor Milford, he's very proffesional and insightful. He also is very comfortable to talk with about concerns and issues. He explains things in ways the layperson can understand. 100 percent am satisfied with Dr. Milford's office and staff.

Not happy that I had to wait 6+ weeks from my initial appointment and never heard from back from Nurology to schedule. FINALLY went back in to see Dr. Milford, he ordered an MRI and told me to call in "a day or 2" to schedule. Called 3 days later and the order was still not sent over. Normally I would not care but the issue I am having is effecting my sleep and daily work abilities.
Today was my first visit with Cathy Hunter...AMAZING!! She made feel so comfortable, truly wants to help people... you are not just another patient to her!! I have no regrets about choosing her as my primary provider after I had to change providers after over 30 years at the same place due to an insurance change. I can't thank her enough for being the provider she is!!
NP was attentive as I relayed my health concerns. She was knowledgeable and set up a course of action to address each concern. Excellent!
Everyone was awesome! Last Fall I got a flu shot and she told me we were done. I couldn't believe it as I never felt a thing. This time they took blood and it was the same thing. I hardly felt a thing. Everybody was great from the desk to the nurses to the doctor. Keep up the good work.
