I have some mixed opinions, to start with the greatness of the store, overall this is the place you would go to find anything vintage streetwear from the 90's.The store has great clothing pieces and a great vibe. Authentic and some rare. However, not to put slander onto Throwbacks Northwest, my only problem with the store is that many of the items are very overpriced after doing research on many of the items they have in store, some not selling for months at a time after going in some months later. I've noticed some of the items they sell that arent exactly 'rare" carhartt especially are over $200 + when they sell on other sites and stores for under 100.
Editing to update: There are some issues with their email listserv, but it's still a great place to buy authentic retro sports memorabilia, especially for local Seattle teams. It may be better to shop in person rather than online until these issues are fully resolved.
They got greats throwback in seattle picked up this old school boston celtics snapback from 2008 for $38..
When ever you’re on Capitol Hill you gotta stop by Throwback’s NW There’s Always Dope memorabilia and Rare items. The Owner Knows his business.
One of the best shops I’ve ever visited, although small there’s loads of cool high quality stuff, will definitely go back if I’m in Seattle again. Also staff were all very nice.
Great stop if you’re looking for vintage shopping in Seattle. Great size selection and they have some really cool tshirts and vintage sports jerseys/sweatshirts. Great place and the employees are very nice!
This store specializes in extremely limited edition retro gear/apparel as well as new and in-house designs that are one of a kind. Mostly focused around northwest sports history honoring the Seattle Seahawks, Sonics, and Mariners... but they also have TONS of gear and apparel from all other teams/cities. Very urban/street vibe, but they also carry some upscale designer brands as well. Check them out if you're a local living here or just passing through Seattle visiting. If you're a sports fan who was alive in the 80s, 90s, or early 2000s you'll definitely find something in there that you'll cherish after adding to your collection.
Very cool store with an awesome collection of vintage sports gear. Much of it is gear from the Seattle area but they have lots of other stuff for sure. If you wear size XL this place is a gold mine!
Throwbacks is a cool store specializing in Seattle sports apparel, memorabilia and other vintage items. They make their own gear too which is always dope. If I can't find something for a customer at my shop I send people to Throwbacks! The owner, Rio is a friendly and helpful guy who is passionate about what he does!
SHOP IN STORE ONLY, love the gear, but their website has misleading photos of the products and their return policy is not customer friendly, i have been lied to several times over the phone about out of stock gear, I have spent hundreds of dollars at this store and wish I could have continued to support a local company but not with the way I have been treated on my last couple of purchases. 5/5 products, 1/5 customer service
